How do i lose weight fast/? -

healthy balance between a good diet and subtle exercise. you don t need to go crazy. here s some tips my mother and I abide by.-don t eat anything after 9 p.m. (I m serious! your metabolism slows down!)-eat at least 1 Greek strained yogurt a day (Chobani is good) it s excellent for your skin and hair and helps you lose weight. It has only 100 calories and no fat.-drink at least 8 cups of water a day-start with simple exercises like running. if you don t like to run, then take a leisurely walk around your neighborhood. slowly but surely you will see results.-always try to tie healthy choices into your daily meals. instead of fried chicken have grilled chicken. instead of having 3 cookies have 1.you re not going to go to sleep and wake up automatically thin. it takes time but you will be fully satisfied with the results if you keep up!

Start by writing everything you eat, daily.Also make conscious efforts to eat healthier; eliminate junk foods.And exercise.

My health professor told us- Everyone wants to lose weight fast, but it took a long time to gain it. This is a dangerous question. I hope you know that, and I hope that you are able to decipher reasonable answers from unreasonable ones that follow. Think about your health.

Okay, first of all I need to loose serious weight, I mean am 15 and it should be easy but it isn t I mean Im nt sure how to manage this situation and it quite sucks ( i have a horrible eating disorder, I eat small when I have to eat but when I dont I eat like there was no 2morrow, also I need to loose it as fast as possible and like about 60 to 80 pounds pliz help!) ...my other issue is that Im horribly lazy, I leave everything at the last minute and I need counseling in time management :( and I think that s one of the reasons Im sitll over weight.....also I can think of a way to put the important things in front of my to do list, right now Im doing a report that s do 2morrow and I had like 4 weeks to fdo it and Im doing it now at 11 p.m ...pliz any advice on how to turn my messy life around??Thnks

You said it yourself, my friend. You could almost certainly benefit from some counseling. See if you can arrange an appointment with a psychologist or a licensed clinical social worker. If you or your parents can not afford this, there are programs to help you in most major cities.

Seek medical help and a consultant with a legit therapist. I would also suggest reading a few good books.Laws of attraction and Think and Grow Rich. Every young person should be required to read these before they graduate and go to college.

hey brotha from anotha motha! i have the same problem and im the same age. i need to loose abt 50 or 60 lbs. im stressed to the max and lazy as hell. the best thing i think to do is write a list of goals over the next month, week, and day. example- go for a 10 min walk on mon. wed. fri. and eat somethng health for breakfast evryday. as for the weight... well im still not someone to ask! i need to start eating health. simple as that sounds, its so hard. i plan on replacing one bad meal with a healthy one for two weeks then move it up to two healthy meals. over time i hope to control how much i eat (hardest part for me!!) and pick healthier things. i dont have the money for therapy or gym memberships so im working on eating less and making my chocies healthier but im taking it slow because i cant stick to anything. i hope reading this monster of words helped a little and good luck to you!!!

well the best thing would of course be exercise. another thing is if u eat sugary foods like icecream candy u know sweats like right before u go to bed. if u realy want to lose wait u realy need to do a-lot of work. like running, jogging or walking, or lifting weights. i am also 15 years old and u are right at our age it should be easy. for myself i weigh about 145 to 150 and i work out almost alnight. or any time that i get bored or something. but the most thing is the commitment and the supportiveness that u get from people around u. all i can say is just get out there and do it.hope this helped

How much water should i drink a day to help me lose weight fast? -

i am approx 220 lbs im trying to join the army and i need to lose around 30-50 pounds i can ride a bike for long hours in a day and hardly get tired what my question is how much water should i drink if i ride a bike for about 6-8 hours a day without taking a break but stopping every now and then for a few min break 5 mins at the most

8 Glasses of water is recommended but you get in everyday food and beverages like celery (not that I eat Celery) and like juice, but yeah 8 glasses or 62 ounces in recommended. :) Good luck getting into the army ^__^

Without exercise you should be drinking at least 60 ounces a day. So anywhere above that would work!

Hi David,Losing weight easily and fast in a healthy way is not as hard as people think. Just cutting soda and sugary drinks from your diet COMPLETELY is just one awesome way to lose weight fast easy and healthily. (I lost 10 pounds alone only with that one change) That along with the other tips I m going to share below (all are very safe and healthy) and you will be on your way to easily losing the weight and keeping it off.As cliche as it may sound you gotta eat your veggies. They are amazingly good for you, also raw nuts (almonds are best) fruits, and 100% whole grain breads instead of white flours (white flour is very bad for you, read up on it if you get the chance!) Try and stay away from fried foods and fast food as much as possible, and other empty calories and foods that provide you no nutrients, like ice cream/candy/cake etc. Common sense goes a long way with what foods to eat and how to be healthy, so use it :)Building healthy eating habits and keeping the weight off in the long term is what you should really strive for. Also, make sure you don t count calories, it can drive you CRAZY! Just eat GOOD calories, and when your satisfied, stop eating. Try to eat more meals a day and portion them smaller, it really is proven to speed up your metabolism and burn fat way faster. If you mix this in with the other things I ve shared, you will be on your way to easily losing weight and keeping it off.Just be persistent, set goals, make little changes and stick with them. If you can tolerate only fruit and water then you could lose a ton of weight. I m actually thinking of starting a fruit detox to lose weight as well soon. You can eat as much fruit as you want and drink a ton of water, if you stay on this for 2 weeks, you should drop at least 10 pounds. I ve read of some people staying on it for like 2 months. Completely cleanses out your system, makes your skin look great, and you would just need to gradually incorporate healthy foods and working out to keep the weight from not coming back on.

strict diet, no sugar, not fat, a lot of protein and run for 30-45 minutes, the longer you run the faster you ll lose the weight.Run 3-5 times a week and drink plenty of water.
