Hi, I m not sure wha 50% training weight is sorry, but if u r tryin to loose weight or tone ur best option is to book ur self in to a gym for an induction and ask loads of questions, if u like the gym then thats a bonus but if u find the information that they tell u than u can use that to ur advantage an not have to pay monthly for a membership!Sorry i m not much help. UGGG!!Yes that is good you should eat around 6 small meals aday and you should still workout. here are some tipsFirst of all your body can healthly lose only 2-4 lbs a week.
