hey... janet here.. hopefully my own personally story can be of some guidance/help to you..I m 5 8 and at the time I was about 220 lbs.. and was trying real hard to lose weight for almost 8 months... i just had a baby girl at the time.. and during my pregnancy i gained a tonnnn of weight and much of it stuck with me after she was born, and the hubby began getting on my case and bothering me non stop about my new weight problem... so after a few months of that, it really started getting to me, plus summer was about to get here- and i love the beach! So i decided to try and do something about it... ive since tried almost every diet system out there... the standard eat less-exercise more change lifestyle diet, south beach, atkins, slimfast, weight watchers, etc... I also tried taking many different weight loss supplements.. and overall nothing has really worked well for me.... you can try to exercise as well but just dont starve yourself. eat atleast one meal a day but do not completely starve yourself cuz thats really bad.well what you can do it work the areas that you dont like.for example, if you don t like your stomach, do sit ups or crunches,if you dont like your legs, do squats, etcif you want to loose fat (not just weight) you have to exercise the fat off

that never works. when you deprive your body of something you will want it more. I have tried that as a teenager. At the end of the week i end up binge eating because i miss my carbs. Besides, unless you can not eat for the rest of your life, the weight will come back after you start eating. Why not just moderate your calorie intake and your portion sizes?

you don t sound too overwight! starving is a waste of time. it will fly back on. you should switch to 2 serves of fruit a day lots of non starchy veg and 3 lean serves of palm size protein. or go on protein shakes. drink heaps of water and move your butt. it sounds like you have self image issues, you should see a counseller.best wishes.

Step 1:First of all cut back on sweetened soda and juice... these drinks have a lot of calories and the calories .Step 2:Cut back on breads and rice,carbohydrates. they have a lot of sugar which in turn can turn to fat plus they don t keep you filled as long.... eat foods high in protien and fiber... meats, greens, protien bars... high fiber bread.Step 3:the next key is exercise.. Start a walking club at work.... if you walk during your luncg break even if it is a 20 minute walk that adds up during the end of the week. get a wal in on the weekend or go to the gym a little here and there will make a difference over time . a few minor changes will really make a difference.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart.However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. How can I lose weight b/c I am gaining it from Birth control? -

Simple... the healthiest way to lose weight is ONLY EAT WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY... sounds simple but it works, we get too caught up in routine in our country... just have a little snack (dont indulge) when you get hungry, when you are NOT hungry, dont eat... this along with excercise, will lose your weight for you... oh and lastly, eat whatever you want in moderation, no cant have this or that, reason is that your body metabolizes what it knows, if you eat what you like your body will respond, but if you go on a salad diet, the second you have that chocolate... POOF it kills all your hard work eating salad. Your horemones and body will tell you what and when to eat.

Go to your doctor and get on another pill or a different dose. It s not supposed to make you gain weight. Also, just exercise more and eat fewer calories (don t starve yourself, just eat smaller portions and don t eat fattening snacks) and you ll lose a few pounds before summer.

Why, at 15 are you on birth control? you re only 15, I d say ditch the birth control, you shouldn t be having sex so there s no reason to be on it and even if you are having sex, using a condom is better.

Just exercise and eat healthy. The birth control probably contributed some weight, but at 15 your metabolism starts naturally slowing down, so weight gain may be due to that too. My wife put on 5-10 when she started the pill, and she just did exercise and eating healthy to lose that weight and more.Don t buy into fad diets, they are fads for a reason.

you might need to contact your dr. depends on what b.c. your on. i know the depo shot will make you gain wieght and make your blood pressure go up. there are pills that don t have that affect. other than that it s just the extra hormones in your body.. there s nothing you can really do. be glad it s the b/c and a baby ..
