How do I lose weight really fast??? -

Hi ummm I am 14 and 5 8. I weigh 125lbs and I really wanna lose weight fast. My modelling agent told me I have to loose 10lbs by next friday. Please help!! And please don t tell me I m not fat cos I have fat legs and stomach fat.-Dakota

I am dieting and exercising but would like to see faster results. Does anyone know of anything that allows you to drop weight faster? your already doing all you can do, if you want to lose it faster all I can say is too eat even healthier and do more cardio. But losing fat takes time, be patient. You wont make any significant weight losses by the time school starts or anyhting.

The best thing to do is to eat healthily, cut out major carbs like bread etc, drink loads of water and if you want to do something artificial then go for one of those contour body wraps the day before, they can get rid of water retention, but it doesnt last, will just make you look and feel better for Sunday.
