Anyone want to help me? -

hiya guys, my goal is to lose 7 pounds in around a month but i need your help, a food and exercise regime would be brilliant because if i have a plan i know i will stick to it. are there any exercises that you recommend or sites with good weight loss tips? any help or motivation would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance?

Ya absolutely, IF your willing to work. Go to crossfit.com. Crossfit is a very INTENSE excersize/training regiment. It def aint for the faint hearted, but you can always scale down the workouts. As motivation look at those girls that do crossfit. STUNNING bodies lean sexy and firm!!!

Just watch you calories, eating about 1500 a day. Exercise for about 30 a day, jogging or running is great. pounds in a month is easy! stick to this and it ll be fine xx

Losing weight for my modeling? -

NY is really demanding. Most models are at least 5 8 and are 100-110 pounds. I don t think I ll ever get that low. I m 5 7 and 128 right now. I m really thin but have areas I could trim down. Once I trim down completely, I really don t think I ll be that low. Maybe 110-120 if I am lucky. I m not willing to starve myself. I don t want health problems or a dampened metabolism. Do you think I have heavy bones? My dad is under 6 and told me he s over 210. I couldn t believe it. He looks maybe 180. How much more weight can heavy bones ad? I have a small-medium frame. Also, do you have any healthy weight loss tips? Anyone or any models want to share? Thanks!

Your bulk is probably muscle as much as fat. At your size, you don t really want to do a lot of cardio which can increase muscle (in a bad way). You want muscle, but you want LONG muscles. You need to lengthen your muscles. Yoga, ballet and stretching are great ways to elongate your body and loose body mass. Pilates is excellent, if you have a reputable instructor. You shouldn��t ��feel the burn�� as that would indicate a tearing of the muscles (increasing bulk). You should become more flexible during your workouts. Also, watch out for water retention! Excess salt can make you hold water in your tummy, thighs, and glutes. Drink lots of water, but avoid salt at all costs when its show time.Take care of yourself. Watch your stress level. Have a plan for after modeling.

add lots of citrus to your diet. i m sure you ve heard of the grapefruit diet ( a fad in the 80 s ). a new study came out not too long ago showing that there actually is something behind it.i did it with tangerines before i even realized it, and wound up loosing 1lb every 1-2 days. it definately works, you just have to eat the fruit constantly, before and after meals. it s really amazingand yeah, bone width and density differ from person to person. i have heavier or thick bones. i look about the same as girls who weight 5-10lbs less than me, so it s probable.

have your dr do a bone density test.

Have more sex. Sexerciseing has shown to burn alot of calories depending on how long the guy lasts and/or if toys are used.

I dont think runway modeling is for you if you are only 5 7, but I have never seen you walk and i dont know how good you are. I think but I think cardio would be your best bet. Cardio and dieting will take the weight off. and if at the end of that you are only 120, i REALLY dont think runway is for you. BUT there is still commerical print modeling, which mite be better for you. GOOD LUCK!! I hope it all works out for the best. wait commercial print, you dont have to be a stick figure, so just get into the best shape you can. commercial really has No hight or weight requirements. it a plus to be a smaller weight, but not required. so just work out, eat right, and keep your body in good up. also if you gain muscle you would be perfect for sports ads, I know a lot of girls who have done it.

Training and weight loss tips plz? -

im 5 10, 143 pounds and about 8-10% body fat varying by day and im trying for 4-5% bodyfat i exersize 5-6 days a week usually swim distance butterfly about 2-4 thousand meters butterfly and other stuff and either run 4 miles or do eliptical and eat 12-1500 calories a day but ive hit a plateau and ive been same bodyfat and weight for about a month any tips for different exersizes? btw i weight train 3-4 times a week usually every other day

youve probably plateaued because even to get to 8-10% body fat is quite hard if your not naturally thin.4-5% would be extremely hard to get down to. the only people i know that go that far down are bodybuilders when there in a competition.i dont think you can stay at that low a body fat as the body needs fat.fat burning supplements, reduced carb and fat diet, and exercise. i think would be the only way to get down to that % of bodyfat.

Diet, weight loss tips? -

has anyone got any little tips which will speed up my metabolism OR general ways which will work together and help me loose weight more rapidly, it doesnt really matter if it stays off or not but i need to loose around 10lbs as soon as possible :) i know i have to be a little patient but im pretty desperate.any tips or ideas are great, thank you x

LittleStar, in order to lose weight rapidly, you will need to speed up your metabolism rate and do some exercises. Ok well Im on Weightwatchers and like you want to speed up the weightloss this month, Ive done alot of reading and a couple of really easy tips are as follows, which seem to really curb cravings thus helping you lose weight quicker:- Always eat a healthy filling breakfast such as porridge no later than 2 hours after you wake up, this will get your metabolism going waiting longer will slow it down.- Try and stay away from carbs (rice, pasta, potatoes) as they trigger your sweet cravings and make dieting all that harder also proteins will keep you fuller longer without that sluggish feeling- Try and stay away from carbonated drinks again they leave you feeling gassy and wanting sugar- Aim to eat breakfast 2 hours after you wake up , lunch 5 hours after that and dinner 5 hours after that with only fruit (no banas) or veg inbetween.If you can do that youll be sure to drop the weight quicker. Oh and drinking green tea is supposed to be very good too. I m transferring to a new school in August and I want to lose weight so I look and feel better. A gym is pretty much out of the question because I can t find one that is willing to let me do less then a one year contract.Can you suggest some exercises I can do at home?Should I be walking in the park? swiming helps like mad i lost 4 pounds in just 2 daysand even running but since ur gym is out u could go running in ur nabourhood becuz for basketball practice coach makes ur run like hell ur legs fell like they r going to fall of so i lost loads of weight at home u can do skipping dat realy help skip for atleast 15 min sit ups do 20 everyday (its really good for ur stomach) and u can also do this : let ur back face the bed put ur hand the edge of ur bed and bend ur knees and to go down but make shur u dont touch the floorhope this help ohh and stay of the chocolates they make u put on alot of weight

Ride a bike, buy some exercise videos, take a dance class, etc. As to foods, try to get in 5-7 servings of fruit/veggies, 2-3 of dairy, 2 teaspoons of healthy oil, and lots of water.
