I m not a complete serial dieter, or anything like that, I am just genuinely attempting to lose weight, I m just below 10 stone at the moment, and I m aiming to be 8 and a half stone by the beginning of next summer. I have a petite frame and I m short, so this wouldn t be underweight by anyone s standards, by the way. I m currently exercising 6 days a week, and burning between 400 and 600 calories per day. I m a fussy eater, and believe me, I know this could be helped, but I ve been diagnosed with a fear of trying new foods, so don t try and persuade me to change my diet. If anyone has any tips on how I could lose weight more effectively without changing my diet or diet pills, please help me, thanks!
When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together. If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, whichwill lead to increase of weight, or muscle growunderneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet withoutexercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. Fordiet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no foodafter 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending onyour initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. Ifyou don t eat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goeycakes, you don t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But yourdiet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have tocalculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising, start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is themost efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight alot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack, disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to targetyour problem areas for men and women. It s not necessarily to become abodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help youto target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
I know, it hard to loose weight, but my suggestion to you is instead of changing diet. Just eat more often and less amount during each meal. also suggest all natural supplements, they helped me greatly to boost my metabolism and loose about 6 pounds in two weeks and definitely work for you too.http://livehealthylife.weightloss303.com/
if you eat 2000 calories a day. you have to burn off 3000 just to lose one pound. start walking or biking everywhere you go. start out doing 20 situps a day right before bedor when you first get up in the morning. and every other day add 5 more situps until you get to 100.do yoga. it s fun and healthy for you.

Food:Stay away from white grains like pasta, bread, flour, and rice. When eating grains go for whole wheat, its a lot healthier and has fewer calories. When eating meat, always go for lean or extra lean if available. Also stay away from junk food C of course! But, dont demonize it, because if you are the type who loves their chocolate bars and you completely cut yourself off, youll only want them more. Cut down you junk intake to once a week, and on the day you have that chocolate bar make a mental note to get an extra 15 minutes of exercise that day.Make sure you drink lots of water; it helps your metabolism and hydrates your body (obviously). If you dont drink enough water your body will think its going to be starved, and will go into survival mode C thisll cause your body to retain all the water you do drink and all the fat it can get because its preparing to be starved. Also, drinking green tea every morning increases your daily metabolism by 17%. You can take vitamin b complex to increase your metabolism as well. Try eating 5 small meals a day to keep your metabolism working, and never skip breakfast! Skipping breakfast will slow your metabolism for the day! When you snack only snack on fruits and veggies C theyre nutritious and delicious! And low in calories. My doctor recommended eating a slice of cheese with a piece of fruit as a snack so your also getting protein with your fruit. Try to stop eating after 7 pm, and only drink tea, milk, or water after that. Thisll prevent you from going to bed with food in your stomach that wont be burned while youre sleeping; itll just get turned into fat that you dont want.Exercise:For exercise, make sure you get AT LEAST 30 minutes a day, but Id recommend 60 minutes. Do cardio exercise every day as well as strength exercises like push ups and crunches. Combining the two exercises will help to prevent having saggy skin once youve lost weight. Swimming can be a good strength exercise if you like going to the pool or lake C it tones everything at once and its fun! While youre doing cardio (like jogging or running) make a routine thatll challenge you but not over work you. Try running for 5 minutes then walking for 5. If that gets too easy try running for 6 walking for 4 etc.good luckmessa me if you have questions:)-Alexa 3
Ok. Quick diets, diet pills, etc. DO NOT WORK. They may initially, but most are not healthy and sometimes you get dependent on the pills. A healthy amount to be losing is 3 pounds a week. 4 or 5 is ok, but after that it can become dangerous. You can eat WHATEVER you want when you are dieting, just eat the serving size and stop when you are *satisfied*, not full. Part of the problem isn t WHAT people eat, but HOW MUCH. When you order a steak, etc. at a restaurant, eat half and take the rest home because the servings are always too big. It is a good idea to choose wheat because it gives you much-needed fiber. Fiber is good because you stay full longer and it cleans out your system. Always drink lots of water and you don t have to go crazy with exercising - 20 minutes of cardio everyday is plenty. If you are also doing weight training, keep in mind that you could be losing fat even if you aren t losing pounds because muscle is heavier than fat. Get a dance dvd or walk the dog. Even cleaning the house counts! As for eating after 7pm, that s hogwash. Your body digests the same sleeping or awake. The only reason why that would be a good idea is if a full stomach makes you uncomfortable while sleeping, and for some people it can even give them bad dreams.I hope this helps and good luck!
Don t change anything, you are going about it in entirely the right way. Giving yourself plenty of time (9 months), plenty of exercise, just what you need to do really. With diets or fast weight loss programmes all that happens is that you put your body into starvation mode so that when you stop dieting, guess what, on goes the weight. If you re eating properly you really don t need to buy any supplements at all, just good fresh food and varied as well. Remember that old adage, Everything in moderation , how very true.
