i am on the large side and the weight on my stomach and upper legs wont budge !!!plz can any help with a easy quick diet or suggestion that i can fit in to daily life !! which means i can lose some of it in 4 weeks !!plz plz plz

Here is what you want to do:1. Eat 5-6 times a day, but smaller portions. 200-350 calories at each serving depending on your desired body weight. You want to feed the muscle, so boost the protein intake by eating chicken, beef, fish, peanut butter, beans, etc. Eat some carbs too, but eat whole wheat breads and pastas instead. 2. Workout 3 times a week, doing light weight training. Use some dumbells or search google for home exercises you can do for weight training. This will build your muscle mass and boost your metabolism.
