I recently underwent rapid weight gain,and it feels horrible, i would like to lose weight again..fasthow can i do that? how many kilojoules shouls i be eating a day, and how long should i excercise for, how many days a week? i know cardio workouts are effective, but for how long?

Also carbs only have 4 calories per gram, while fats from animals and oils from butter or margarine is 9 calories per gram.To lose more than 1 pound a week is considered unhealthy. I don t know how many pounds you want to lose, but 40 pounds over a year is considered a safe rate if you are about 60 - 75 pounds overweight.If you are only 8-15 pounds overweight, stop worrying. It is not worth the stress.
Honestly, the only rapid way you re going to lose weight is by eating drastically lower than you re burning.Do the math, look stuff up. Look up how many calories are in what you re eating, what your body burns off just living (hovers around 2,000 but male/female and body type differs) and what you can do to burn calories. i was 520 pounds im now 387 after one year i eat 6 meals a day no pork,beef,and no fried foods no can foods i stay away from sodium and veggies that are no fresh .i eat 3 oz of protein and a half of grapefruit for breakfast. 2 and a half to three hours later i eat mid breakfast another 3 oz of protein and 1 cup of leafy veggies like greens or cabbage. 2 and a half to three hours later i eat lunch another 3 oz of protein and 1 cup of leafy veggies like greens or cabbage and ether 1 half baked potato or 1 cub of brown rice. 2 and a half to three hours later i eat mid lunch another 3 oz of protein and 1 cup of leafy veggies like greens or cabbage. 2 and a half to three hours later i eat dinner 3 oz of protein and 2 cup of leafy veggies like greens or cabbage. 2 and a half to three hours later i eat my last meal of the day 2 oz protein and a cup of fruit like pineapple,strawberries,peaches,or pears no apples, oranges or bananas for exercise walking has much has u can will do a lot even if it is just back and forth from the couch to the tv instead of using the remote get as much movement as you can bare, also if you can get some exercise stretch bands it will help you build lean muscle and not bulky because lean muscles burn fat if you stick to this plan you will lose weight and if you don t believe me ask a doctor also stay away from soft drinks and juices with large amouts of sugar

you could die if you try losing it rapidly. just go slow. eat a big breakfast, salad at lunch and maybe a fruit during dinner. drink lots of water. or you can eat any foods filled with fiber for breakfast. just cut down, you ll be fine.
