How to lose weight?? -

the thing is i dont like fruit or veg but i want 2 lose weight.i like ridin mi bike. i brokee mi led in 05 n in 06 i had a taylor spacial frame on mi leg but its off now. but sum times holds mi bck what should i do to lose weight

Swimming is very good (: you dont really hurt your legs and it helps your blood flow and trains your breathing so when you do more exercises you wont get stitches as easily (if you ever get them.. i do sometimes and they REALLY hold me back) Also, il probs get attatcked for mentioning this but getting into a habit of chewing gum is quite useful... well it takes your mind off eating food as such and has been on the news about how sugar-free gum makes you thinner (and it did for me..) but in worst-case-scenarios your stomach will think its being given food and will activate more acid in the stomach which if i doesn t have anything to dissolve, it will eventually break up parts of the stomach lining causing stomach ulsers. i think thats rare though, ive never really heard of anyone with that i just heard it from my science teacher a few years back..x

However, if you start with small weight goals and then go on to bigger goals then your body will be accustomed to your weight loss patterns and it will react more positively.3. watch the calories you eat. write them in a journal. so if you don t have enough calories for desert don t eat the desert. remember to lose one pound you have to eat 200 calories less then you r eating and you have to burn 200 calories. this can take a long time so exercise every day and write what you eat and the calories every day soon enough you will lose wieght trust me my mom has lost 20 pounds

i need to make my little tummy diasppear by tomorrow for a modelling shoot. i have to. i plan to drink a ton or water and fast all night and all day. will this help any... should i keep on drinking or should i not drink or eat anything.. thanks!!

That isn t healthy at all but depending on the shoot you could wear a girdle or just try sucking your stomach in.

Well, that is one way to loose muscle mass...Fasting causes your body to metabolise muscle tissue instead of fat. East some high-protien food with low carbs and no fat.Eat a bunch of celery sticks (plain). Each celery stick has a net negative calorie count. However, don t over do it. Celery does have a toxic element, although I can not remember what particular one it is.While you are doing this, do lots of exercise...walk, jog, cycle, swim, etc.

there are lots of gymnastics for those problem zones. Basically any workout that has to do with walking, jumping, stepping, bicycling, or lifting the legs, lying on the floor, backwards and sidewards - hard to explain in short - when it gives you literally a pain in the a* it helps.You should do some kind of workout every day (not until it hurts of course), and specially concentrate on the problem zones. Also control what you eat - burning more calories through exercise then you take in is a sure way to loose weight fairly quickly. With enough exercise you do not really need a complicated diet plan - just avoid fat and too much sweets, drink at least one liter water a day in addition to what else you drink (no sodas and such).

If you don t like walking then dancing is good too.

That is my problem area too, and I now do the Pilates bun and thigh sculpting. You can buy the Windsor Pilates DVD s and do them at home. I started doing it about a month ago, three to four times a week and have seen amazing results. I m very pleased with how much my butt is lifted and how much smaller my thighs are.

well, you didn t mention how much you weigh now. I mean, if you re actually overweight it ll be a lot easier and pounds will just drop off once you start dieting. But, if you re at a healthy weight and just want to lose vanity pounds it won t be so easy.The simplest plan is always the best: just cut your calories to 1200 a day and do at least 30 mins of aerobic exercise a day. do more if you want to lose faster. you can break up your workouts; for instance you can do 25 mins jogging in the day and then ride a bike for another 25 mins at night. That would give you almost a whole hour of exercise. Do not eat any sugary/fried foods or sugary sodas. Diet sodas and other diet drinks are ok. Drink at least a half gallon of fluid a day, preferably water or green tea (Which revs up your metabolism). for a workable diet - here is what my dietician suggests - follow a practical diet. start your meal with a soup or a huge salad. this fills u up. Make sure your plate has this ratio - 50% veg, 25% carb(potatoes, corn and peas come in carbs category), 25% protein.this will prevent cravings too.an occassional treat is OK. have a snack every three hours. fruit (ideally berries) or soy nuts. just 2 tbsp of soya subsides hunger pangs. switch from white rice and bread to brown. eat 900gms of veggies a day.Lose a kilo a week. that is permanent loss. pick an exercise regime you like.

Hey Justin. I would suggest to you to start drinking alto of juices and eating plenty o fruit. Also try to eat alto of fish and veggies instead of all that fatty food that is breaded. Salads work good and instead of ranch dressing use a combination of lime juice and vinegar with garlic pepper California Style. It is a spice in the spice isle made by MC Cormick. Another thing would be eat one good meal preferably before 5pm and just eat fruits and veggie snacks after five. Yogurt and Whole grain cereals are good too. On your work outs I would stick to alto of stretches of the arms and abdominal leg stretches and crunches or sit ups as well. After you have done that for about 2-3 weeks start to walk then jog and then move up to a run, In combination with your stretches and Crunches or sit ups. Rotate on day to day basis, but always do the stretches. Keep the diet and anything is possible you might even loose it faster than you thought.

We can t recommend much scince you are only 13 years old. It s not that you are unfit for such measures it s just we don t want you finking on the internet that we made you quit eating, become bulimic or start smoking. Drinking fizzy drinks bloats you and also gives you cellulite. For breakfast eat cereal like Special K. Exercise is the main thing though. Try doing cardio, if you dont enjoy running, try cycling, swimming, cross trainer etc the first few weeks it will take a while for the weight to shift. Have the will power. what you eat needs to be nutritious, not have you over eat- so be low in calorie and also to not leave you craveing more and more.I find that any added sugar or even sweetener (as it fools my brain into thinking its sugar and has the same effect) makes me crave the food more and more.. so I avoid sugar and refinded carbohydrates which are basicly still sugar (refind carbohydrates are white pasta, bread, white rice.... cakes..crisps... white (as oppose to red or sweet) potatoes).So for breakfast I eat porridge, no sugar, but a pinch of salt, and a cup of tea- I usually have 50grams of porridge, so a very healthy serving, that keeps me full till lunch when I eat salad and protein, like nuts or tuna. And dinner is protein like lentils or beans or fish or chicken or turkey, and vegetables like cabbage or cauliflour which have been steamed.If I get hungry in the day I eat fruit like melon or an apple and drink water or tea or diet lemonade. I have about 2-3 glasses or red wine a week.I am a healthy weight, I think this diet is a good one as its sustainable, you can live from it long term.In terms of chocolate and meals out, as long as they are not more then once a week this is fine, you should be able to get away with it, but I normally find I get the uncontrolable urge to eat too much and this puts me back.
