I need help...? -

I need make-up tips, weight loss tips, anything to make me look prettier....its an emergency.....http://i271.photobucket.com/albums/jj149��Im the one on left. with my hair down.

personally, i think you are really cute. i think that if you want to wear makeup you should even out your skin tone and then use a nice chocolate brown eye shadow to set off your brown eyes. use liner underneath to add a little more oomph. then top it all off with some brown black mascara. its best to keep things natural. if you want to whiten your teeth use baking soda instead of tooth paste. it tastes nasty but it whitens! As for weight loss...who cares? You only need to focus on being healthy and exercising. If you want more glamour tips read the book Glamour Girls by: Andrea Stephens. Its full of tips for hair, skin, and everything else. She is a really good author, you should defiantly read the book! its available at amazon for less than $3.00! Please buy it, you won t regret it. Remember that God loves you and even though you might not find yourself pretty He thinks your stunning and that s all that matters!

i dont mean this offensively at all, but you will feel so much prettier once you have the weight issue taken care of, dont worry, its not bad though, you honestly look fine, and you are naturally pretty so you should try neutral makeup, keep it as natural looking as possible, stick to browns for eyeliner and mascara, and pink or clear lip glossbest of luck, and really, you dont need to worry about it lol, there are lots of people who would love to be able to look good without makeup, but you re pretty anyways

A little mascara, blush, a shimmery light eyeshadow, and some lip gloss. As far as weight loss, just don t eat junk. A friend of mine was always on the thick side, and I saw her after not seeing her for a few months, and she was thin!! I asked her what she did...just stopped eating candy, chips, pop, and fast food. Diets are temporary. If you cut these things out, it will last a lifetime.

you re actually really cute! All I would do is fix up your eyebrows a bit (not too thin!). Mascara would definitely help, and maybe even some natural make up or toner to even out your skin?!?I would also maybe use some whitening strips, you have a GREAT smile :D Overall though you are super pretty! hope this helps

Idk, your kind of fat....... kind of really fat. Is that your friend next to you? Because if it is I feel bad for her. Yeah, definitely try weight loss, put your hair up and put on some makeup. I think putting your hair up will make your face look less fat, because at the moment your pretty fat..

do like me I walk alot and download music and have the motivation to loose weight for my trip..eat lots of yogurt,drink 10 cups of water a day no pop..i avoid pop and have loss 15 lbs in 1 and half months..and try to burn 3,500 calories a week..and eat healthier trust me it works i don t believe in pills and all that stuff cause you will get tired of the diet and ruin it after..trust me!Good luck,,

Don t go on those strictly no eating diets. And especially always eat three meals a day. Yes, I said that. It s healthier to eat three meals a day even if they re small than skipping a meal, like lunch or breakfast. The reason is is becuase sooner or later, you ll be hungry and then snack on stuff like chips. If you are hungry, eat fruit or drink milk or even eat yogurt! Don t drink diet drinks either. They are worse than the regular sodas. Just drink water, some juice and some tea. Just don t hurt yourself on dieting the wrong way. Just cut down calories, excersize more and get plenty of sleep. I hope you lose as much you want, just do it safely. You ll bloom into a more beautiful you!

My job is having a healthy weight loss competition and I m way behind everyone else because I have way more work to do then everyone else. I ve been doing it the healthy way but if any tips aren t in the magazines but work please let me know. I m not gonna die for the money but I really really could use it bad. The winner gets $500.

Okay, well how fast you lose weight all depends on how much you weigh at the moment. For example, if you were obese then you d lost weight a lot faster than someone who is an average weight, or just slightly overweight.It s pretty easy to lose a stone in a few months. For example, I have lost 18lbs since the beginning of January, which is 1 stone and 4lbs.There are simple easy things you ve gotta do which is using less butters and oils whilst cooking, and cutting down on that odd chocolate bar you might have once every few days. Eventually, after a few weeks, aim to not snack at all. Yep, it s really hard but you ve gotta try hard, so think of something that will really motivate you, like thinking about what you could look like after a few months if you stay away from bad foods, and if you do eat it, how bad you ll feel after. Do not EVER eat after 7pm. If you really wanna be good then don t eat after 6pm. But 7pm is the complete latest. It doesn t matter how healthy the snack is, don t eat it. The only thing going into your mouth after 7pm is water.You should also drink lots of water in the day. Usually, when your stomache is telling your brain you re hungry, you re just thirsty!Exercising is a lot easier than people make out. I do aerobics in my bedroom and it s easy. Just get an iPod or MP3 and move! Even have a little dance around. Or, if you don t have an iPod or MP3 player, play music out loud. Whatever you choose to do, just move!I also go on a 20 minute walk every day. Remember that even a little bit of exercise is better than no exercise.Then of course, do the simple things that ll burn even just a few calories. For example, if you get a bus often, then walk to the next stop and then get on the bus, or if the journey isn t that far, walk the whole way. If you drive to a lot of places then park further away from your destination and walk. During lunch breaks go for a little walk, even if it s just for 15 mintues, it s better than nothing.Chew gum. It ll keep your mind and mouth focused on something other than food, and if you buy an expensive gum, then you ll feel guilty about just throwing it in the bin, and you ll try and get as many chews as you can from it. I drink hebal tea if I m feeling hungry between meals. Try to make the most of your time off of work. Wear a pedometer every day and aim for 10,000 steps a day. Try to get around 7 hours of sleep and drink lots of water. If you re doing everything the healthy way, then you re doing it right. I know you want to win, but you don t want to try anything that might damage your body.

hi, well its hard to know what u look like as to weight but if u want to lose it u have to work very hard on this it not fun an its very hard ok ,well first u need to weight yourself to see what u want to lose then ,just start by running around ur block an then just do sits up an push ups, sqacks,start by doing 10-15 a day moring an night ,then rest one day workout oneday rest eat right like fish an other vegegs,an water but not to much an then run an weight ur self every two days just to see what u lose ok bye 4 now

Your body is in starvation mode, you are burning WAY more calories than your body is taking in, as a result you body thinks that the food source as scarce and as a result holds on to everything it possible can. While it may sound counter intuitive eat more and you will probably start loosing weight again. When your body is functioning normally, i.e. not in starvation mode, woman burn 11 times their body weight in calories per day. 131 * 11 = 1441 and that is how many calories you burn at given no other activity, this is just a ball park and not an exact, and especially since your body is in starvation mode not accurate at all. But if your body was functionally on all cylinders you are burning an extra 1441 - 900 = 541 calories at rest, you also indicate your exercising a lot, not knowing how much that is, but just for having numbers to use lets say you burn and extra 300 calories while exercising each day, that means you are burning almost double what you are taking in, at 841 extra calories per day. A pound of body fat is 3500 calories which under normal conditions is a pound of fat every 4 days, or almost two pounds of body fat every week which is way to much and probably why you are in starvation mode. I would suggest probably upping your calories by 400-500 for the next week or two and see if your body starts burning fat again. Good Luck

You ve probably stopped losing because your body thinks you are starving it. 900 calories is too little, you should eat a minimum of 1000, prefurably no less than 1200 really. Try eating a little more and changing up your exercise routine, you could ve just hit an early slump.

To be honest, most of the diets out there use questionable methods and probably do your body more harm than good.There is no substitute for healthy eating and exercise. Losing weight and *maintaining it* requires persistence, dedication, and discipline. It truly is a lifestyle change. What is your best weight loss tip? -

The one I would like to share with you, that really work amazingly well is: One time I was on a cruise ship, (and it was the first time on a cruise ship) And I was already about 10 pounds more than I wanted to be. I got kind of scared that I would end up to 20 pounds overweight after 10 days on this ship. So.. I ran on the treadmill for 45 minutes twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. I ate soooo much and had desserts with every lunch and dinner. Would you believe I LOST WEIGHT !!! And I normally have a really difficult time losing weight too. I couldn t believe it, so I did some research to find out how the heck this could have happened. I mean.. I didn t hold back on the food at all. Anyhow.... the reason is.. after you do aerobics (when you get your heart beat up to the fat burning stage) , you STILL burn fat quite a hours after your work out. And .. I did it twice a day , so I was likely on fat burning mode for about 10 hours a day. It was a fluke that I found this out. Do you have anything that worked for you that you can share?

My advice:Okay we don t want any trouble! Slowly put the spoon down and walk away from the pudding...

over a year ago i lost fourty pounds but i did it the wrong way by starving myself now i gained it all back and some and now i wanna loose about sixty pounds in six months and i try but when i get around food i just have to eat it i do good during most of the day and then blow it at night and i have no motivation!!!HELP PLEASEi need weight loss tips

i recently lost 40lbs by changing everything about what i eat and buy!! buy only fresh fruits and veggies, and don t forget proteins!! and work out at least 30-60min a day and you will be loosing in no time!!...its pretty simple but i do suggest to have 1 cheat meal a week (don t go crazy cause if you do that you will start getting into the oh its OK i will just restart tomorrow...or i already lost (?)lbs its OK if i eat this ) so don t go crazy on the cheat meal...when i mean cheat i mean instead of fries order a side salad, instead of a fried chicken club sandwich order a grilled chicken club sandwich, have a veggie burger instead of a regular burger, etc. (its all about cutting calories with out making it seem like you are trying to loose weight) good luck!!
