i was just wondering if anybody knows of good weight loss tips to lose about 20lbs or so. ive just recently heard that eating eggs for breakfast will help, is there any other ones like this?

well for starters eat at least 5 times a day. small meals three small meals and two snacks would be good. try to stay away from bad fats (butter for one is terrible) make a food diary and see how much you eat and how many calories you eat. and than re post to get a better answer.
It s not the eggs that work, it s the egg whites. They keep you feeling full. Also, eat a slice of wheat or rye toast. Keeps you feeling full. Drink cold water. You burn calories as your body tries to heat up the water.
