I don t know how you can handle it!! I tried it for a couple of rounds and honestly felt like i d just done the real thing with regards to my body aching. Don t know if it ll help you lose weight or not though, but surely for the amount of jumping you need to do and such like it s bound to do something.Anyway, you enjoy!!
