Im overweight and i wanted to know if weight loss program from a dr. would actually help? -

would i go back to my weight gain if i decide to stop a certain weight?

people kill me when it comes to diets and exerciseive struggled with weight loss my whole lifepeople always want to try these new diets and stuffif you want to loose weight, you willtheres no science to iteat healthier and not a whole lot either, eventually your stomach will shrink and you cant eat very much at a timeexercise as much as you can, even if its doing a little extra cleaning around the house, you can trick yourself into exercise without feeling like you are exercising, you cant make excuses as to why you cant i dont have time make time at least 3 times a weekas you progress youll start to feel so good and youll get used to not eating alot and not eating the good stuffi eat very little and healthy monday through friday, saturday and sunday i eat whatever i please, but since my stomach is so small i cant eat a big bunch of it but dam* if it aint good!!i really hope this helps you, ive been doing it since new years and lost almost 20 pounds!!!! you can do this, but you have to really really want to, youll know when its time to get in gearGOOD LUCK, i hope i was helpful

These are life-long changes, not just something you temporarily do to lose weight. If after you get to your goal weight, you go back to your old habits, then yes, you will gain the weight back. What is the BEST weight loss system? -

I wanna know a weight loss program with diet pills, diet and excercise that will make me lose weight pretty fast! i am pretty impatient but I would like to lose 20 more pnds. I recently lost 30 pnds but I had to REALLY deprive myself, take diet pills AND excercise! I just want to know a program that has worked for you and maybe I can get some ideas. The best weight loss program is a slow one. The slower you loose weight, the slower (if ever) you gain it back. If you loose it too fast, you gain it again too fast. If you use pills, you ll have to use them again after you ve lost the weight to loose the one you ve gained back later. It s not good to loose weight that way, regardless of how healthy they claim they are. The more natural your weight loss plan is, the better. By natural of course I mean eating right and healthy, excercising, and taking in lots of liquids (water and natural, fresh juices such as fresh orange juice, not soda)
