Weight loss tips, please?!? -

I am 5 6 , 147 ibs., and of decently large build. (Let s just say, even if I lose a LOT of weight, I could never be under a size ten. It s just how my body is built.) I m looking for a type of diet plan that would help me lose weight rather fast, but still not leave me feeling completely famished. (I can deal with some hunger, though.)My goal is to have lost about ten-fifteen pounds by the time summer begins.. and keep it off, too.Also, what types of indoor exercises can I do that will help me lose that weight? Normally I ride my bike down hilly dirt roads for about three miles a day, but now, my schedule and how dark it gets this time of year won t permit me to do that. I don t have an exercise machine either, because I do not have the money to buy one, (unless you know of a cheap, effective one?)

Plenty of liquids for in between meals..water coffee tea may help the hunger. Plus (if you drink caffeine) coffee or tea will get you moving even more!

Here is one diet you can use I had braces so I had to use this diet. But,it can work for people with or without braces. So just eat soup,yogurt,milk shakes,ice cream,and other soft foods. I lost 7 pounds.

Hi guys. I was wondering if any of you had any weight loss tips for me. I have changed my diet and I started exercising 3-4 times a week but I m barely loosing weight. Do I need to exercise more? Does any one have any suggestions or tips that worked for them? I am currently 185 lbs and need to get down to at least 150 lbs as fast as I can for health reasons. Thanks in advance!

The best way to lose weight is good old fashioned diet and exercise. It is easier said than done though. It will be tough and take some time. You have to really work at it. to be honest the best way is not to go on a diet as ive tried them all and diet pills and they dont work lol but just change your diet and go swimming 4-5 times a week for about an hour each time it tones your tummy and all your body up wonderful too ! i lost 2 1/2 stone since may its great and i eat loads too im just eating the right foods but instead of swimming try aqua arobics its great and really fun ! great question goodluck !
