i excercise occasionally, i kinda eat alot, but i skate outside a lot sometimes i barely eat any suggestions on how to lose weight? ill try...

Breakfast: Yogurt.Lunch: Salad.Dinner: Chicken with veg.Snacks: Fruit.Only drink water and run for 30 minutes a day. With this you will lose the weight quickly but heathily.Hope i could help ?

You need to have very balanced meals. You shouldn t just eat a lot to get nutrition. You have to make sure each of your meals have vitamins, nutrients, protein, carbs, fiber, etc. Try to stay away from all sugary drinks and extremely sugary foods. Stick with water =D Exercise... Running or swimming are simply the best work-outs. Cardio is most important and it s the only way of exercise that actually burns fat. All crunches that you do are only working your abdominal muscles and not burning anything. It s good to do that too, though! Make sure you tone your muscles but do cardio more than anything. Start out slow. Run maybe half a mile, but if you can do more then do more. Start out there and do that for a week or two. Then move on to a mile. Keep building from there. Try to do a simple walk after each meal. After breakfast try to walk outside for 10 minutes. After lunch you shouldn t because that will probably be the time of your daily workout of cardio and muscle toning. After dinner, a nice walk outside would be nice in the cool night air. Consistency is key!! Make sure you stick with what you say! Everything is easier said than done for sure. If you start out doing this daily, make sure you keep it that way! Don t skip because you re lazy. If you do it every other day then that s okay too as long as it s the same each time! Good luck :]

You know it is really no more complicated than this... Eat as close to un-messed with food as possible (in other words... the less additives, the closer to raw, the fewer additives the better) and exercise at least five days a week. You do that... Unless you have some medical condition affecting your ability to lose weight...you will lose weight.

There you can get diet tips, meal planning and lots of tasty recipes to try that won t defeat the diet even though they are sweets .Also best thing is that you ll have a support group that will work with you and together you ALL will reach goals and develop healthier lifestyles.Exercises available also.

i have lost over 65 pounds in 6 months and it has brought allot of changes to my life!!i achieved all this without any exercise... due to my busy lifestyle ...i am a medical student and i have so much to study... and i really do not find much spare time to exercise!!!my self esteem has become much higher ever since i ve started loosing weight and people look at me as a person of courage and determination since i have made this change in my life... and besides all.... i feel really good both mentally and physically...i use to get tired very quickly and had high blood pressure as well.... but now i am very healthy and i really have a very good lifestyle!! and i am proud of it!!a good technique to loose weight without exercise from which i ve lost over 65 pounds!!!!when u eat.... chew the food for so long so that the food becomes a fine pulp to the extent that it would get swallowed on its own......this method helps you eat the right amount of food ur body requires...and also its very healthy for ur digestive system.......and makes ur digestive system absorb all the essential nutrients from ur body....and for breakfast... try to have non sweetened low fat yogurt.... that also helps along with the other eating regime... when u eat this way... sometimes it may feel like ur mouth hurting or u may forget to chew more.... but never give up even if u may forget for once.....believe me or not!! this really helps!!!!

just move more and eat less i know u might of heard it all before but u shud eat loads for breakfast as a car does not start without fuel. for dinner just have a bit too eat to top yourself u then just have a small meal on an evening as u are going to bed so u dont need much. do plenty of exercise for legs do running or walking and to tone ure belly up do some sit ups good luck

You should start running or join the Cross country team because it might be walk onor you could start doing dance classes such as ballet or jazz or hip hop or tapor you could start a sport like soccer or lacrossesomething that you would enjoy doing :]while doing an excersize like the ones mentioned above you could take pliates or get a Pilate s vid to tone your body. It really works!

i think running would be a good start. start running if you havent in a while about 20 minutes a day then increase to about an hour a day. do weight training every other day (but not heavy weight sjust use like 10 s. anyway, eating better is VERYYY important - eat fruits you enjoy in the morning, then veggies at night and lots of lean meat and carbs (after you work out). good luck!

a lot of cardio should help burn fat off. so you can start maybe jogging and running or even just taking some walks on an incline. You can also start biking or swimming. Try to eat breakfast every morning, it helps you get a great jump start in the beginning of the day. trust me i have lost 15 pounds in the last 2 months. Lastly, give it time, weight loss wont happen overnight. and don t forget to exercise, if you burn off more calories than you eat then you will start to lose plenty of fat and you will be slim in no time!WORKED FOR ME!Hope i helped..

Listen your not fat your body is going to change at that age. Let your body just develop. Set healthy eating habits now and make sure you get exercise and you will be ok. I am sure you are changing which is why you might be putting on weight but no need to stress over that. Besides if someone asks what you weigh just lie.

You can t really spot reduce . You can though do strengthening excersices for those particular areas and do mre reps etc. Cardio should be another thing. Running is great and if yo do it consistently whie eating a well balanced diet, you should see weight loss everywhere. Good luck! =)

I just asked a question about how to lose 10 pounds (I m 17, 5 4ish, and around 115 pounds) and I got a few answers, any more would also still be welcome.But generally, I have this guy friend who likes girls with really toned bodies and we ve gotten closer and I don t like him, but anyway, I just want to be one of those girls who have bodies you can admire. to get rid of belly fat. i would say that for your height yuor body mass is the perfect amount for you age too. but if you want to slender down, you have to eat aboout 6 SMALL meals everyday. breakfast. and than about an hour or 2 later if your hungry a fruit or whole weet crackers. then lunch. you have to eat very lean meats and other foods. you cant be eating chocolate and chips and stuff. eat fruits, whole weet products and healthy things. brsides eating your going to have to train also. for your stoamch i would so reasearch a few major ab exersizes and do those every OTHER day because you ahve to give your musscles a rest or you wont slender down. and dont forget your cadio, do 30 min of cardio everyday, so biking fast, treadmill or even smiwwing would be great

Forget about Slimming World , Weight Watchers and all that mumbo jumbo. What you need is Acai Berry Pills which will burn ur fat gradually and whilst u are takin them, go down the gym and lift some weights (If you want to look buff and not scrawny then concentrate on how heavy the weight is.. DO NOT concentrate on the amount of reps u do in one session) This may not make any sense but i tried lol all the best mate.
