How to lose weight quickly? -

I have 10 weeks to go for my wedding, but I have put on oodles of weight am trying to lose it all fast,can anyone let me know of a simple diet which will help me( nothing to do with elaborate cooking please.I work almost 10 hours a day have no time to cook) I work out for an hour everyday at my gym,I alternate between cardio weight training. I weight 65 kilograms,but my ideal weight is 52 Kgs considering my height is 5 3.Please help.Thanks in advance :)

Exercise as often as possible and eat raw fruits and vegetables with some baked fish each dinner. I mix mine with some cherry tomatoes too...A good smoothie needs a good blender, so make sure you have one, cut up 1 banana, some blueberries (about 10-15) and strawberries (about 5), a cup or so of skim milk, a sprinkle of flax seed (buy a container of it and keep in fridge), a scoop of vanilla protein powder and blend it up, add a bit of crushed ice and you ve got a good smoothie. Does this meal plan sound healthy? Egg whites, wheat toast fruit for breakfast. Lunch will be a nice big salad and fruit. And dinner will mostly vary from day to day. And snacks will be either fruit or a pouch of those 100 calorie snack bags. Also, I drink nothing but water and I don t eat sweets. My workouts will be like this: Cardio every morning and strength training with some dumbbells I have here at home 3 days a week. Does this sound like it will work and be healthy enough for me to lose weight? And, should I take a multi vitamin everyday? If so, which one should I take based on this info:*20 yrs old*female*vegetarian

You need more protein and healthy fats. Add nuts as snacks, olive oil to vegetables. Add more dairy and VEGETABLES. Yes a multi would not hurt.
