no because you will probably die before you lose the weight you want.
Thirty pounds in a month? That s borderline impossible, and probably very unhealthy unless you have a devoted team of trainers, cooks, and dietitians and you devote every waking moment to losing weight (which is how it works on the TV show The Biggest Loser).Starving yourself is very unhealthy. You might lose weight, but it could also make you very, very sick. Not worth it.Strive for healthier, more realistic goals, like losing 1-2 pounds a week for a longer period of time. Do this with a reasonable diet and exercise program. Talk to a doctor and/or personal trainer to help you get started.I realize that you might feel desperate to lose weight right now, but if you manage to lose an insane amount of weight in such a short period of time, you will seriously regret your decision later in life, as it can do a tremendous amount of damage to your entire body, especially your kidneys and heart.
Realistically... you can lose about 1-2lbs lbs a week, and probably another 5 pounds of water weight all together. If you are very overweight, then the weight may come off quicker with diet and exercise. Drinking enough water will help flush out the excess water weight. Make sure you are getting a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. If you are taking protein, you need to make sure you are eating enough carbohydrates so that your body can break down the protein. Along with a healthy diet, get an adequate amount of cardio and strength training. If you don t eat enough calories each day, your body will shut down and hold onto any calories you give it, which will not help you lose weight (fight or flight response). So starving yourself will not help but will actually slow down your metabolism. The principles are basic, but they work: drink enough water each water, stay away from processed food, get enough fiber, eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and whole grain, and get a [healthy] amount of exercise in 5-6 days a week.
DRINK 8-10 GLASSES OF WATER EACH DAYDrinking water 8 to 10 times each day gets easier the more you actually do it. It is simply a matter of conditioning your taste buds, and yourself, so that it becomes easier to do. Once you get started, you will begin to crave water. To begin with, you should drink a glass of water in the morning first thing, before you eat. This is probably the easiest glass you will drink all day and it will help you remember to drink water all day long. Better yet, why not drink two glasses? If you really cannot bear the taste of water, try using a water purifying pitcher or filter. You can also add a few drops of lemon or lime to your water ?but no sugar or sweetener! Ice also helps.Check out flavored waters on the market, too. Just keep an eye out for additives.

hey... janet here.. hopefully my own personally story can be of some guidance/help to you..I m 5 8 and at the time I was about 220 lbs.. and was trying real hard to lose weight for almost 8 months... i just had a baby girl at the time.. and during my pregnancy i gained a tonnnn of weight and much of it stuck with me after she was born, and the hubby began getting on my case and bothering me non stop about my new weight problem... so after a few months of that, it really started getting to me, plus summer was about to get here- and i love the beach! So i decided to try and do something about it... ive since tried almost every diet system out there... the standard eat less-exercise more change lifestyle diet, south beach, atkins, slimfast, weight watchers, etc... I also tried taking many different weight loss supplements.. and overall nothing has really worked well for me.... But i came across this diet program http://www.fatloss.pcti-system.com .. which a couple of my girlfriends put me onto, and it worked amazing for me like nothing else has.Right now I m only 180 lbs.. I m still overweight but I ve already lost 40 pounds and I m well on my way to my goal of 160 lbs.. I hope i was of some help.. I wish you all the best of luck!
if you really want to trim down fast you should probably eat about 800 calories of lean protein -not just shakes but real food like fish chicken, and workout like a crazy person for over 2 hours a day. that s the best way. if you starve yourself the most you will loose is like 12 lbs. and half will come back. but if thats the way you want to go try the master cleanser.
No, that won t work. I know from experience that you can t lose any more than 10lbs off of just starving yourself. And once you eat normally again, you ll gain it all back. You just have to diet and exercise. And diet does not mean eat less, it means eat HEALTHY
Okay, you lost me at Starving myself . That s not smart (stupid).Eat HEALTHY and EXERCISE (cardio).
If you starve yourself, your body will begin to convert your muscles into fat. Eat a lot of vegetables and low calorie foods.
hmm....maybe for a little while, but eventually your body will realize it s being starved and start storing food
eat high fiber foods and veggies with very very low fat. walk a mile a day also
