How To Lose Weight?? -

Hi,Iam 13yrs old. I weight 160lbs. Can anybody give me advice on how to lose weight fast other than fiils and surgery. And watz my normal wieght for 5ft6 . which is how tall iam I. Thx

our bodys are only meant to hold a fist full of food at a time....keep that in mind everytime you go to eat...first start off by trying to strink your stomach lining down to the way it s supposed to be...do a cleansing diet...just stop eating for 3 days... you ll probably poop alot.. but thats good.. drink lots of juice and water, and drink some soup broththan you ll feel really good about youself...you ll eat about a hand full of cereal and you ll feel full when your done...remember your body will burn the handfull of cereal in about.... 2 hours... so constantly eat every 2 to 3 hours but only eat small portions... your constantly eating... but your burning it all... this is exactly how our bodys were made to eat. americans have made it seem like we are supopsed to stuff our faces with 3 to 5 fist fulls of food... 3 times a day.. and thats just not how our bodys are made... listen to your body.. if it tells you your hungry... eat... if it tells you its full.. dont eat...this should help you alot!

No miracle pills necessary. The truth is ........ what people don t want to hear. You can lose weight if you finally decide to get off your.......... couch. Diet pill companies get rich on people that don t want to do what it takes to lose weight. How to lose weight for free. Most kids workout doing what they love. Go back to what you liked as a child if it s roller blading, basketball, swimming. The thing is to keep your workout fun, so you keep doing it for life. Running is the most effective way to lose weight 100 to 150 calories burn per mile (4 laps on a track = 1 mile). Most people will have to alternate walking and jogging until they build the stamina to jog non-stop. Other benefits of running you don t depend on anybody to get your workout like someone to spot you at the gym or a team in basketball. The other thing is you go at your OWN pace. For you single parents you can buy a jogging stroller. It s a stoller with bigger wheel that allow you to jog and get your child out of the house for a change. The body doesn t burn fat by sections. You will burn fat in general when you raise your body temperature by working out, the only thing is some fat resist to burn off, so you have to work harder at it. Running is a great way to burn fat. Weight training can confuse people. People workout for 2 months and don t see a change in the scale and give up. Weight training is excellent to gain muscle and tone up but if you are gaining muscle that s why you don t see a dramatic change on the scale. Actually MUSCLES WEIGH MORE THAN FAT but this is good. The more muscle your body grows the leaner you will get. Why? Muscles when put into use, they burn calories, thus, the bigger the muscles the more calories you ll burn, the leaner and tone you ll appear. That s why at the gym the trainers will measure your BMI (Body Mass Index). Let me give an example if a guy started going to the gym weighing 200 pounds and 30% of that is fat yet 3 months later he might still be 200 pounds but with only 25% fat that means he gained 5% of his body weight in pure muscle.Step 1Determine Your Daily Calorie GoalTo estimate your daily calorie needs for MAINTAINING your current weight, take your present weight and multiply by 13. That number covers your metabolic needs for the day, factoring in a bit of light activity. So if you weigh 180 pounds, you need about 2,340 calories per day. To lose a pound a week, you must then create a calorie deficit of 500 calories a day (3,500 calories equals one pound). How many calories you can cut from your diet depends a lot on how much you re eating right now. There s a big difference between cutting 500 calories if you re eating 1,500 a day than if you re eating 3,000. But remember: Weight loss is a lot easier when you factor in your running mileage (1 mile = 100 calories). So your calorie deficit can--and should--be created by eliminating some calories from your daily diet and increasing the number you burn per day through running.Step 2Distributing Your CaloriesAfter you ve determined the total number of calories you should be consuming per day to meet your weight-loss goals, divide those calories so that 50 percent of them come from carbohydrates, 25 percent come from protein, and 25 percent come from fat. So, for example, if you ve determined that your daily calorie goal is 1,800 calories, then 900 of those calories should come from carbohydrates, 450 from protein, and 450 from fat. Remember: You re not striving to have every food you eat meet this ratio. You re simply aiming to get your total daily calorie intake to fall within these guidelines.Step 3Selecting CarbohydratesLots of runners will look at the 50-percent carbohydrate guideline and think they ll go into macaroni withdrawal. They ll argue it s not enough--that they need 60 percent or more. After all, carbohydrates are the body s preferred energy source. While it s true that elite runners need a very high percentage of calories from carbohydrates, recreational runners simply don t need as many carbs. Taking in 50 percent of your daily calories from carbohydrate sources will provide you with all the energy you need.Because high-carb foods sustain you during your workouts, they are best eaten just before and just after your runs. When choosing which carbs to eat, opt for those that are fiber-rich and have a high water content to keep you feeling full.Carbs to Choose OftenFruits (about 60 calories per serving)Apple, orange, pear, nectarine: 1 small (tennis ball size)Banana: 1 small (5 inch)Peach, plum: 1 medium (fist size)Grapefruit: 1/2 whole fruitCanteloupe: 1 cupBerries: 1 cupFresh pineapple: 3/4 cupCanned fruit (in its own juice): 1/2 cupLow-Starch Vegetables (about 25 calories per serving)Carrots, celery, cabbage, brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, eggplant, leeks, onions, green beans: 1 cup raw or 1/2 cup cookedGreen pepper: 1 wholeAsparagus: 7 spears cooked or 14 spears rawLettuce/raw greens: 1 cup 100-percent vegetable juice: 1/3 cupCarbs to Choose with Caution (watch those portions!)High-Starch Vegetables (about 80 calories per serving)Beans (lima, navy, pinto): 1/3 cupCorn: 1/2 cupPeas/lentils: 1/2 cupBaked white or sweet potato with skin: 1 small (tennis ball size)Pasta/Rice (about 80 calories per serving)Couscous (cooked): 1/3 cupBrown or white rice (cooked): 1/3 cupNoodles/pasta (cooked): 1/2 cupBulgur (cooked): 1/2 cupBreads/Cereal/Crackers (about 80 calories per serving)Tortilla (white or wheat): 1100-percent whole-wheat bread: 1 sliceMini-bagel: 1English muffin: 1/2Pretzels: 3/4 ounce or 8 sourdough nuggetsPopcorn (air popped): 3 cupsSaltine crackers: 6Rice cakes (all varieties, large): 2High-fiber cereals: 3/4 cupOatmeal: 2/3 cup cooked or 1 instant packetStep 4Selecting ProteinsWhile protein s primary role is maintaining muscle integrity, it also satisfies hunger. Protein provides a greater feeling of fullness, ounce for ounce, than an equivalent amount of carbohydrate. The effect: You re content with fewer calories. That s why 25 percent of your calories should come from protein. When you choose proteins, lean is always best. Fat adds flavor to protein--but also calories. So be sure to limit the number of calories in the protein sources you choose. A good rule of thumb: The fattier the protein, the smaller the serving.Protein PicksVery lean (about 35 calories per serving)Chicken or turkey breast (skinless): 1 ounceFish fillet (all whitefish): 1 ounceCanned, water-packed tuna: 1 ounceShellfish: 1 ounceEgg whites: 2 largeEgg substitute: 1/4 cupLean (about 55 calories per serving)Chicken or turkey (skinless dark meat): 1 ounceSalmon, swordfish, herring, trout, bluefish: 1 ounceLean beef (flank steak, top round, ground sirloin): 1 ounceVeal or lamb (roast or lean chop): 1 ouncePork (tenderloin): 1 ounceCanadian bacon: 1 ounceLow-fat hot dogs: 1Low-fat luncheon meats: 1 ounceDairy Products (about 90 calories per serving)Fat-free or 1-percent-fat cottage cheese (calcium fortified): 1 cupLow-fat, sugar-free yogurt: 3/4 cupFat-free, sugar-free yogurt: 1 cupLow-fat cheese (all types): 2 ouncesStep 5Selecting FatsMost dieters immediately start cutting fat. But instead of just cutting out junk-food sources of fat, they also cut fatty foods that are healthy, including nuts and nut butters, and olives and olive oil.Foods with a little fat help slow the rate of digestion and provide a sense of fullness. Try to get 25 percent of your daily calories from good fats by selecting heart-healthy vegetable, nut, and fish sources.Fats of ChoiceFull-Calorie sources (about 50 calories per serving)All oils: 1 teaspoonAvocado (medium): 1/8Almonds, cashews, filberts: 6Peanuts: 10Pistachios: 15Olives (green or black): 8 mediumPeanut butter (creamy or chunky): 1 teaspoonReduced-Calorie sources (about 25 calories per serving)Light tub margarine: 1 teaspoonLight mayonnaise/salad dressing: 1 teaspoonLight cream cheese: 1 teaspoonFat-free salad dressing: 1 tablespoonStep 6Establish an Eating/Running PatternThe wild card in the 50-25-25 eating plan is how you distribute your calories throughout the day. That depends on your running schedule. Because you want to eat the bulk of your carbohydrate calories around the times when you will be active, you need to know ahead of time when you re going to exercise each day. Then select mostly carbohydrate-rich foods to fuel up beforehand or afterward. By eating most of your carbohydrate calories around your runs, you ll then eat most of your protein and fat calories the rest of the day when you re more sedentary.Remember one other guideline when establishing your daily eating pattern: Don t go too many hours without eating or your brain will signal starvation mode and stimulate your appetite. So go ahead and have a morning, afternoon, and evening meal, along with snacks. Just make sure that when you tally up all your eating, you re still within your daily calorie range.Drink 2 liters of water throughout the day to keep hydrated during your runs and enjoy the added benefit of feeling full so you don t eat fatty foods. There are runners websites that are full of great tips. By the way. How many overweight marathoners have you seen? Good luck :)

When you already excersize more than enough. What are some good meal ideas?

Try interval training, do your cardio work out for 5 mins at your usual pace then increase your speed to as fast as you can for a further minute, repeat this through your cardio as it helps to get over the plateau - also change your routine a bit, try different machines etc as your body and muscles get accustomed to what you usually do.Try low gi meals to get some great nutrition and sustain your through your workouts as well as keep you fuller for longer.Good luck :-)

well i have 1 that i know of.for breakfast: 1 slice of wheat toast with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and some green tea is only 155 calories and will help you feel a little bit more full so you will want to eat less.****Tip: If you eat your meals slower, you will feel fuller faster. Your stomach does not realize that it is full during the first 7min. while eating.hope this helped!and sorry if its not a lot, thats all i know :(

try the lil Jack workout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr

No matter how you slice it, diet is a dirty word. It smacks of deprivation and hunger pangs. To overcome the pain, you need a plan.So WebMD asked the experts for advice, and put together their quick tips on how to get your weight lossgoing.1. Know Your Weight Loss GoalsConsider how much you need to lose before you decide how to do it, recommends Brian C. Jacobson, MD, MPH, assistant professor of medicine and a gastroenterologist at Boston University Medical Center in Massachusetts.Very overweight or obese. For someone obese, I refer them to our weight loss center, says Jacobson, who says people with a lot of weight to lose can probably benefit from a structured, supervised program. If you re slightly or moderately overweight. I advise controlling portion size, Jacobson says. If you control portion size, you cut calories. To learn correct portion sizes, consult a registered dietitian or take a look at the new food pyramid at MyPyramid.gov.Exercise also has to be part of your plan, Jacobson tells the do-it-yourselfers. But that doesn t necessarily mean joining a gym. Buy a cheap treadmill, he says, and when you re watching TV, hop on and take a walk. Before starting a new exercise regime or weight loss plan, however, remember to talk with your doctor.2. Understand Your Weight Loss PersonalityPersonality plays a role in our attitude towards food, says Thomas R. Przybeck, PhD, assistant professor of psychiatry at Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, who has published on the topic of diet and personality. Know your tendencies and tailor your plan to conquer the unproductive inclinations.Impulsive. If you have a tendency to be impulsive, you might see a pint of Ben Jerry s in the freezer and go for it, Przybeck says. Clearly you are a dieter who needs to remove those temptations.Oblivious. If you tend to not pay attention when you eat -- maybe you re a TV snacker? -- you need to avoid such situations if you want to control portions.Uptight. If you are highly anxious, you will probably have more difficulty, Przybeck says. Those who are anxious, nervous, and depressed might eat to feel better. Tenacious. Certain personalities don t find it that difficult losing weight. If you are highly self-directed, cooperative, and have a lot of stick-to-it-ive-ness, you are going to have an easier time, Przybeck says.Sociable. You tend to monitor your food intake better than others, Przybeck found.3. Double Up: Diet ExerciseWhen her heartburn patients ask which should come first, diet or exercise, Lauren Gerson, MD, MSc, director of the Esophageal and Small Bowel Disorders Center at Stanford University School of Medicine in California, says: jump in and do both. It s a combination of diet and exercise [that will lead to weight loss], she says.4. Make a Firm Weight Loss CommitmentTo be successful, it helps to understand why you want to lose weight. So before you begin a weight loss plan, ask yourself: * Am I ready to do this? * Is my motivation coming from within? * Can I deal with occasional setbacks or lack of progress? * Can I focus on weight loss fully? (If you re in the midst of a job change or other distractions, for example, it might be better to resolve those issues, and then focus on weight loss efforts.)Finally, be sure you re committed to losing weight for yourself -- not because someone else is pressuring you to do so.Then, take things slowly, keep these tips in mind, and you should be on the road to weight loss in no time. --Ready to Lose Weight?-- --http://www.healthylifeday.com/index.php?option=com_content task=view id=151 Itemid=62 --

I m not sure about all of that, but I do know to lose weight, all you have to do is do running. If you run AT LEAST 4 times a week for an hour or so you should be seeing progress. Also try bike riding and stuff... that can help too. As far as all the fancy bars and food for loosing weight that s all unnecessary. But at the same time im not telling you to eat up a storm and exercise and expect to lose weight cause that wont work. Eat a REASONABLE portion of food that you know you can finish that can also fill you up. Remember to keep it healthy. Refrain from bad eating habits (chips, fries, fast food, fried goods.) Exercise should be on your mind. Don t just stay at home on your tooshy.Just eat healthy and exercise regularly and you should see progress in 4 weeks!

i ve lost a little weight just walking on the treadmill for an hour. for 5-6 days and eat HEALTHY! you can snack here and there or at least i did, but watch your portion sizes. drink alot of water! it s essential in the bodies way of disposing all excess..give us a update! and if your hungry during the day then just snack on a piece of fruit. but try to drink something first because sometimes you think it s hunger but it s really thirst. never let the body go on when it s hungry or thirsty.

The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won t help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don t eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i m going pretty well if i don t say myself. 90 LBS isn t anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice. If you want anymore details, feel free to email me. ~Adia

To successfully lose weight, you must carry outa plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionallybalanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity. I found useful informations at http://bestsouthbeachdiet.info/

It depends on your current weight, really. People who are heavier lose more weight when they run for 30 minutes than people who are thinner, because they have to work up more energy. But for the most part, you d probably lose between 5-10 pounds, depending on your current weight, and your current eating and exercise habits. If you re hungry still, you should probably just drink some water, or maybe eat an apple or some carrot sticks. Hope that helps, and good luck.

Weight loss is a tricky topic. Lots of people are unhappy with their present weight, but most aren t sure how to change it and many would be better off staying where they are. You may want to look like the models or actors in magazines and on TV, but those goals might not be healthy or realistic for you. Besides, no magical diet or pill will make you look like someone else.So what should you do about weight control?Being healthy is really about being at a weight that is right for you. The best way to find out if you are at a healthy weight or if you need to lose or gain weight is to talk to a doctor or dietitian. He or she can compare your weight with healthy norms to help you set realistic goals. If it turns out that you can benefit from weight loss then you can follow a few of the simple suggestions listed below to get started.Weight management is about long-term success. People who lose weight quickly by crash dieting or other extreme measures usually gain back all (and often more) of the pounds they lost because they haven t permanently changed their habits. Therefore, the best weight management strategies are those that you can maintain for a lifetime. That s a long time, so we ll try to keep these suggestions as easy as possible!Make it a family affair. Ask your mom or dad to lend help and support and to make dietary or lifestyle changes that might benefit the whole family, if possible. Teens who have the support of their families tend to have better results with their weight management programs. But remember, you should all work together in a friendly and helpful way making weight loss into a competition is a recipe for disaster!Watch your drinks. It s amazing how many extra calories can be lurking in the sodas, juices, and other drinks that you take in every day. Simply cutting out a couple of cans of soda or switching to diet soda can save you 360 calories or more each day. Drink lots of water or other sugar-free drinks to quench your thirst and stay away from sugary juices and sodas. Switching from whole to nonfat or low-fat milk is also a good idea.Start small. Small changes are a lot easier to stick with than drastic ones. Try reducing the size of the portions you eat and giving up regular soda for a week. Once you have that down, start gradually introducing healthier foods and exercise into your life.Stop eating when you re full. Lots of people eat when they re bored, lonely, or stressed, or keep eating long after they re full out of habit. Try to pay attention as you eat and stop when you re full. Slowing down can help because it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to recognize how much is in your stomach. Sometimes taking a break before going for seconds can keep you from eating another serving.Avoid eating when you feel upset or bored try to find something else to do instead (a walk around the block or a trip to the gym are good alternatives). Many people find it s helpful to keep a diary of what they eat and when. Reviewing the diary later can help them identify the emotions they have when they overeat or whether they have unhealthy habits. A registered dietitian can give you pointers on how to do this.Eat less more often. Many people find that eating a couple of small snacks throughout the day helps them to make healthy choices at meals. Stick a couple of healthy snacks (carrot sticks, a low-fat granola bar, pretzels, or a piece of fruit) in your backpack so that you can have one or two snacks during the day. Adding healthy snacks to your three squares and eating smaller portions when you sit down to dinner can help you to cut calories without feeling deprived.Five a day keep the pounds away. Ditch the junk food and dig out the fruits and veggies! Five servings of fruits and veggies aren t just a good idea to help you lose weight they ll help keep your heart and the rest of your body healthy. Other suggestions for eating well: replace white bread with whole wheat, trade your sugary sodas for lots of water and a few cups of low-fat milk, and make sure you eat a healthy breakfast. Having low-sugar, whole grain cereal and low-fat milk and a piece of fruit is a much better idea than inhaling a donut as you run to the bus stop or eating no breakfast at all! A registered dietitian can give you lots of other snack and menu ideas.Avoid fad diets. It s never a good idea to trade meals for shakes or to give up a food group in the hope that you ll lose weight we all need a variety of foods to stay healthy. Stay away from fad diets because you re still growing and need to make sure you get proper nutrients. Avoid diet pills (even the over-the-counter or herbal variety). They can be dangerous to your health; besides, there s no evidence that they help keep weight off over the long term.Don t banish certain foods. Don t tell yourself you ll never again eat your absolutely favorite peanut butter chocolate ice cream or a bag of chips from the vending machine at school. Making these foods forbidden is sure to make you want them even more. Also, don t go fat free: You need to have some fat in your diet to stay healthy, so giving up all fatty foods all the time isn t a good idea. The key to long-term success is making healthy choices most of the time. If you want a piece of cake at a party, go for it! But munch on the carrots rather than the chips to balance it out.Get moving. You may find that you don t need to cut calories as much as you need to get off your behind. Don t get stuck in the rut of thinking you have to play a team sport or take an aerobics class to get exercise. Try a variety of activities from hiking to cycling to rowing until you find ones you like. Not a jock? Find other ways to fit activity into your day: walk to school, jog up and down the stairs a couple of times before your morning shower, turn off the tube and help your parents in the garden, or take a stroll past your crush s house anything that gets you moving. Your goal should be to work up to 60 minutes of exercise every day. But everyone has to begin somewhere. It s fine to start out by simply taking a few turns around the block before bed and building up your levels of fitness gradually.Build muscle. Muscle burns more calories than fat. So adding strength training to your exercise routine can help you reach your weight loss goals as well as give you a toned bod. A good, well-balanced fitness routine includes aerobic workouts, strength training, and flexibility exercises.Forgive yourself. So you were going to have one cracker with spray cheese on it and the next thing you know the can s pumping air and the box is empty? Drink some water, brush your teeth, and move on. Everyone who s ever tried to lose weight has found it challenging. When you slip up, the best idea is to get right back on track and don t look back. Avoid telling yourself that you ll get back on track tomorrow or next week or after New Year s. Start now.Try to remember that losing weight isn t going to make you a better person and it won t magically change your life. It s a good idea to maintain a healthy weight because it s just that: healthy.hope i helpedxooooooooooooooooxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxoooghetto gurl

How do I lose weight but also grow at the same time? -

I am currently 5 3 and 105 pounds. I really want to lose weight like up to 100 maybe? Does anyone know how to lose weight on the thighs? I ve been running and doing weights but doesnt seem to work as well. Do I not eat pass six? I want to be able to grow too.

You re healthy the way you are (at least by weight and height) . . . you don t need to diet. Also, don t worry about growing either. Guys like girls your height . . . . If you grow, that s fine, but you should never have to worry about it again. Good night!

OK, you are already underweight. You need to get an accurate body image so you stop thinking you re overweight. However, if you want to firm up, try doing lunges to help your thighs.

hmm ... someone said that you were underweight but thats not true!!! You weight is okay just focus on toning your muscles instead of losing weight. THe muscle mass weighs more than fat mass.

hi, im a personal trainer....eat lots of protein. Your body burns more fat processing proteins. Your body burns fat evenly, there is no such thing as spot reduction. Do cardio always after weight training, but walk. dont run or bike. Do it at an incline. If you have any questions, email me.Oh, you have to eat every 3 hours to keep your metabolism up.

Your weight is fine. Just increase your metabolism rate so that you will not out on weight as you grow.First go for brisk walks. They are great for burning fats and trimming lower body fats.Next, eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs . They will increase your metabolism rate and burn more fats.I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.Details such as meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blogXiaozhen

Instead of lifting weights do toning exercises for the inside of your thighs if that is you problem area. Also 105 for someone your height is not by any means overweight. You should be more concernd about your health and your lifestyle than your weight at this point.

Your experience or advice? How to lose weight fast?? -

I m 15stones and I seriously need to lose weight. I m starting tomorrow. What should I eat.. how many exercises I should do? How to keep me motivated? Any tips?

Okay first of all you don t want to drastically drop weight quick look to losing between 4 and 2lbs per week as not to get sagging skin etc... The best thing to do is eat healthy, beans are a good speed food, speed up your metablisom, drink lots of water and find exercise you like doing, there is no point going head strong in tomorrow then bored by next week you have to change your whole life style to make it a permenant thing. I have always had trouble with my weight but weight watchers helped me as I stuck to it as it changes your whole look on food etc.. and you know your going to stick as you are going to be weighed. Good luck

The best start to losing weight is to combine healthy eating, aerobics and weight training, this will guarantee you results, i ve listed below some tips to set you on the right road to weight loss.Tip 1Eat 5-6 small meals a day, this should consist of 3 main meals of mainly protein, veg and small amounts of carbs and 2 healthy snacks like almonds, pistachios or a protein smoothie. This also helps speed up your metabolismTip 2Do aerobics of your choice first thing in the morning on a empty stomach, this forces your body to use fat and muscle mass for fuel which for you means guaranteed weight loss.Tip 3Use dumbbells and barbells to tone your body, the more lean, toned muscle you have the more calories your body will burn, even when your resting (this tip should not be avoided)Tip 4Buy a vitamin b complex supplement, low levels of vitamin b contribute to a sluggish metabolism, so i would definitely advise you supplement with vitamin b to ensure your metabolsim is running perfectly.i hope this helps if you would like to recieve my free report on 22 laws to follow for fast weight loss you can recieve this at http://www.sculptrexfitness.co.ukThe Body SculptorPersonal TrainerDiet AdvisorOnline Fitness Coach

Start Colored diet- it workswww best-fat-burn-strategies co/coloured_diet.htm

well first off..ease into a diet..dont cut out alot of calories really fast or else your body with think that its starving and it will hold the fat...find out how many calories you take in a day..and cut down a certain amount every week..do cario excercises, such as walking, jogging, swimming, etc. this is burn the fat, sit ups and other ab-focused exercises will build muscle, but under all of your fat, making you appear bulkier...so balance the cardio and ab-focused exercises while watching what you eat..another thing that would help is if you cut out sodas and drink water.

how old are you?well seeing as you can buy your own foods i recommend that you eat porridge for breakfast or bran flakes or weetabix um for lunch jacket potato or salad or even fruit for tea eat salmon boiled potatoes salad etc as for exercise try 1 hr a day or try 5 hrs a week you could walk run swim as it helps tone all your muscles um skipping hula hooping or even joining a gym if you can afford it do sit-ups leg raises star jumps and boxing hope it all helps i am also starting healthy eating tomorrow and i am 16 i need to lose 3 stone and get down to 8 stone for prom good luck and just remember to drink 10 glasses of water a day and if your hungry and its not time to eat tea or dinner than drink water it helps you stop eating

START BEING ANOREXICU WILL LOSE WEIGHT

1) Eat Less processed food2) Start Walking3) Get on a program, Jenny craig .com or fatloss for idiots -- http://tinyurl.com/392j2x

I also want lose weight before goin back to work in a few months. Am thinkin of joining a slimming group. Maybe you should too. Or get the new Natalie Cassidy workout DVD. Have you seen her weight loss? Amazing !!!!!

Don t lose it too fast. Your body will just go into starvation mode and store calories and fat.Try to look at it as a lifestyle change rather than a diet or faddy exercise regime. diets don t work, coz once you start eating in your normal way again, all your hard work will have been for nothing as you ll regain all those lost pounds and then some.Paul McKenna has got an excellent book out (I can make you thin) which really does work as you can psyche yourself into getting yourself slim. It totally changes the way you see food and eventually how you see yourself. Give it a try.

If you re looking for an easy way to lose weight, you re out of luck - like anything worthwhile, it s never easy. Start by cutting the amount of calories you eat during the day - take out all candy, cookies, and other junk food. Drink lots of water, and try to get involved in sports or other active stuff.

Well, if it s any consolation, your BMI index is borderline normal weight/overweight right now (it s 24.9). I d suggest reducing the amount of food you eat and eating healthier (dried fruits, nuts, yogurt, etc. work for me). Depending on what you eat right now and how much weight you want to lose, what you d need to do varies. For me, I lost ~15 pounds in the last year just by eating less (relatively speaking) without doing anything drastic like dieting. Also, getting more sleep generally helps with losing weight (there s some scientific link but I can t remember exactly what right now). Drinking more water has also (at least for me) helped me reduce the amount of food I eat. If you have time to exercise, it s always useful to do that as well - jogging, running, etc. I d offer more specifics but I m really not much of an expert (going off personal experience) and what you do is really based off how much you want to lose and what you already do (exercise, eating habits, etc.). There s probably some things I ve left out by accident. I hope this helps?

Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I m also trying to lose weight and I found this great product which is working for me (it s all 100% natural - a colon cleanse that was really gentle on my body. I feel so good and I lost 15 pounds). You can check the website at http://www.be-happy-diet.us , I had a free trial and paid less than $5.00 shipping and handling. Best of luck!

USE more calories that you EAT.

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process (it s really good for detox, you ll feel much healthier). I recommend you check this website http://www.fun-diet-easy.us , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!

How to lose weight very quickly like 2 - 3 weeks and lots? -

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don t eat wheat then you don t eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don t eat junk food, and you don t eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

some comments here are very good, on top of what has mostly been said like eating no wheat, carbs, low calorific intake, you should drink lots and lots of water, everytime you get hunger pangs go drink a pint of water. Also eat lots of fruit, currently i have been dieting for 2 months and have lost nearly 3 stone through eating on a daily basis:1 pear2 apples - very good source of fibrehandfull of strawbshandfull of cherries1 orangeAlso eat lots and lots of salad, you can squeeze lemon juice on it aswell rather than ceaser dressing and make sure you also eat lots of protein in the form of egg whites, lean meats (chicken, turkey, fish - DON T eat ham, beef, or other red/dark meats)Also try walking more often, like instead of driving to corner shop, walk. Or walk up stairs rather than taking the lift or escalator. You will see the fat drop off you quite quickly.

Did you know that simply changing the temperature of the water you drink can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories? Drink hot water!Did you know that foods like bran cereal are more dense and will make you more full because your body cannot digest fiber? Did you know that certain foods like rice work very well with liquids to expand in your stomach making you more satisfied? Did you know that if you cut 3 tablespoons of butter per day from your diet you could drop 1 pound every 12 days just for not eating butter? Let s hope you don t actually eat 3 tablespoons of butter every day though!!!!To lose body fat you must eat fewer calories than your body burns off, so EAT LESS -- but you must NOT starve yourself, otherwise you will lose more muscle than fat!Start eating 5-6 meals per day (space them out to about one every 3 hours). You are eating more often, but not necessarily more.Increase your protein intake. Without protein your body cannot build new muscle. Protein also helps to increase your metabolism - which burns calories. Increase you water intake. A good formula for this is to multiply your bodyweight by .66 to get the required number of ounces per day.

if you don t eat you will lose a lot but then you will put it back oni would recomment 1 hour of cardio a day (or what ever you can fit in, just get sweating)eat few carbs, less salt, less sugar and less red meatcut down your servings and aim to eat 1-2 meals a dayi have found this really helps and have lost about 14lbs in 10 days!hope this helpsx

you know, thats not very healthy, and your just wasting your time, because before you know it, you ll gain it all back, and then some.just diet and excersise, and you can lose 20 lbs in one month.:]

The scarsdale diet, google it! I lost a pound a day on it!And I didn t even have to workout that much just the ocassional walking the dogBut it also depends on your height and weight and how much u want to lose....

Very low carb and calorie diet, such as LighterLife or Cambridge Diet. Google for details.

How to lose weight? (Wrestlers Only)? -

Hello everybody, I was wondering if someone here knew how to lose weight. I have a league match tomorrow and I found out today that I had to go down 2 weight classes. The weight class is 171, and today after practice I weighed around 175. However, I drank some gatorade and water too. I later am going to run and I might even spit as well. Is there any more efficent way of losing weight?

OK, you are gonna dislike my answer, but I feel compelled to say this. Going down 2 weight classes overnight is going to make you weak! When you guys overtrain and sweat off pounds you become dehydrated, and that makes your muscles WEAKER.I don t know when wrestling coaches are gonna get this, but the weight goals they set for their teams are unrealistic and unsafe. The entire sport needs to re-examine the way they do things. There MUST be a way to train for competition that does not involve drastic weight loss.

I just had a baby 8 months ago what is a good diet pill or some how to lose weight? -

i want to lose weight what is a good way to do it.

u shouldnt take pills idkk maybe ask ur doctorthose could harm the baby when breast feedinginstead do those yoga classes where the babies are in day care whiel your there with other mother and taking your baby to the park and playing with itor taking a jog every morningdnt be lazygood luckk

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it s good for the heart. However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I ve found a great addition to help any one out, it s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it s the best pill I ve tried and I ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

Refer to my experience, diet is the best solution. But because you have a baby you must take care. It s better if you consume some diet pills to help you. You can try diet pill like Acai Berry that you can get free trial here. Hope this can help you.

definately not pills. those are excuses to be lazy. diet and excersize is the only answer. you just have to find the motivation to do it.

How to lose weight off beer belly and man boobs in 2 months? -

Stop drinking, cut down on your fat and sugar intake and go swimming every day for half an hour.

dont drink and exercise

cut out all the beer to satrt with then eat really well and do half an hour of exercise each day for as long as it takes, that way the pounds will come off, but you have to keep at it or it wont work.

lol, man boobs, that always makes me laugh.

run for 30 minutes every day

Read The ABS Diet by David Zinczenko. It s an easy read and an excellent plan. It incorporates an easy fitness plan into it also.Stop drinking beer. Alcohol slows down your metabolism and makes any diet plan ineffective.

Depending on your body type metabolism, you will have varying degrees of success here. For sure, cut down on fat intake and increase your cardio. You will lose some body fat, but you can not change your body type.Work on bulking up and firming chest, back and shoulder muscles to compensate for the roundiness of man-boobs. Do ab-crunches and obliques like crazy. This routine will definitley give you a more manly build and posture, but the man-boobs and belly fat are sometimes resistant to training.Gynecomastia (aka man-boobs) is like baldness. Some guys have it, others don t. It has nothing to do with hormones, gender abnormailty or fat intake. So, some bald guys go for hair-replacement, some booby guys go for lipo. Personally, I think man-boobs can look actually sexy on some guys. It s really all about attitude!2 months? Yes, you can make alot of progress in that time, but you must be dedicated and have a realistic and honest attitude. To paraphrase a Canadian health club chain be yourself, only better!

Two months is not a long time to make major changes, but most of the advice above is sound. If you re willing to spend a couple of bob, you might try BFFM (Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle) - works for me. I was in a similar position and within six months I was no longer embarrassed on the beach ;-) and two years later I m still doing it because I enjoy it, not because I ought to or should or must do it.Don t be put off by the images of super-built body builders - if you want to go down that route it s possible - for anyone - but it s a LOT of hard work!

walk 3 times a week for hour or get a dog eat 3 healthy meals a day drink plenty of water

The intake of alcohol to a high level does feminise the male...in extreme cases of alcohol abuse, the growth of breasts is not just fat it is indeed the growth of the female breast. Keep off the booze!

exercise you domb fool

run for half an hour everyday

Do not drink any water, and you can lose up to 10 pounds (time consumed: a day or two)3) Get lipo-suction (time consumed: idk, i guess a few hours)4) Cut off a limb. (time consumed: instantaneous)
