Help with low self esteem? -

Ok. I m overweight... 5 10 , and about 180 pounds. Which doesn t make me feel very confident about myself. Any self esteem/weight loss tips?

A person I knew used to be obese, and the way she lost a LOT of weight was by cutting out soda completely out of her diet. Within a month, she had already lost 5 lbs because she used to drink coke daily.After that first month, she then cut out MSG from her diet, which is a chemical that is known to cause weight problem, and she started to go for walks. She is now a slim jim at about 120 lbs or so. She looks stunning!

Make a list of everything you ate yesterday, and another one for today. Leave nothing out! Then all you really need to do is plan your meals making sure that you eat half of the carbohydrates from your two test days (potato, rice, bread, pasta etc.) and replace the other half with a nice, clean large glass of ordinary plain water at every meal and again whenever you feel hungry between meals. Guaranteed way to lose weight!

25 pounds is easy to lose if you are really big. If you are small, it might take longer than 2 months. My tip is don t try to starve yourself or you will gain the weight back as soon as you start eating normally again, plus you will have less muscle and look even more flabby than when you started. You need to eat at least 1200 calories, and exercise as much as possible. If you can find an activity you like that burns a lot of calories, you will have a much better chance at success.

Let me give a bit more information. I take Grade 11 gym, which is every other school day for an hour and 15 minutes. Im pretty sure that I have hyper-hydrosis (I sweat a bit more than others do). I do hardly any exercise outside of school. I do a lot of eating after school (KD, chips, other foodstuffs). I want to lose weight to help prepare for a school production. Can anybody help me out? EAT SMALL MEALS AND LOTS OF CARDIO!!!! there are 24 hours in a day and i m sure you can easily squeeze 30 mins of cardio in somewhere. wake up 30 mins earlier, go to sleep 30 mins later. it has nothing to do with a busy schedule, but everything to do with willingness.stay away from dietary drugs!!
