If you start using things like relacore, once you stop and you keep eating exactly the same without exercise you will gain all that weight back. Trust me, you re better off working out. I recommend jumproping above all else because it will burn fat all over and it s the quickest way to burn the most calories, but whatever aerobic exercise you settle on you will also need to do some toning so that flab won t just hang there. For the belly, sorry, but you ve got to do things like sit-ups and crunches. I used to hate those, but the thing is that after doing those for a few days they re so much easier and more tolerable, and aren t painful anymore. For the butt, I would recommend getting a 4-lb aerobic bar if you re a woman and a 10-lb one if you re a man and do something called dead lifts, which is basically you bend over a bunch of times and raise the aerobic bar up to your stomach as you go towards the upright position...also march in place, making sure you get your knees up to your stomach. Do about 20 repetitions of the deadlifts and 25-50 repetitions of marching in place about 5 times a week.
I have been on every diet there is, Ive done the exercise thing the eating right thing, but have never had great results. Recently I have started a new diet that I love, I have lots of energy, I have no food cravings and have to force myself to eat, which I do because I want to be healthy. I take a B12 shot once a week and take an phentermine once daily (prescibed by my doctor) and I have really lost wieght, lets face it, its not easy to loose weight, but with help it is possible.
