How to lose weight in legs? -

I m a guy. My legs are fat, but they were skinny once. I m currently working out and it s been 5 days and my arms and upper body has lost weight and started building up muscle. My legs however, have maybe hardened but are generally the same size, any tips?

Without sounding big headed, I know I m not ugly but I m just generally unhappy with how I look to be honest and recently my confidence has been a bit knocked by my ex boyfriend.I like to be a bit different and I don t generally follow fashion trends, mainly because I simply don t like them. I have piercings (just ears a few times, bellybutton and septum) and atm my hair is red and black (I m waiting for the black to fade though) and I m thinking about dying it pink in summer. im from the U.S. most people say my style is alternative i shop vintage, any boutique or value store you can find the best things for cheap, also clothing exchange stores you can take old things and get new ones. if you dont shop vintage try nordstrom, there clothes in BP can go from prep to scene. try a new style top with worn skinny jeans. makeup heavy eyeliner is out. try colors around your eyes but not black. you dont want to look depressed or beaten up. hair. layers are beautiful. summer is a time for natural hair color, dont dye it becasue sundamage on dye never looks good. shoesvans or sandles weight loss tips - dont try to be extreemly skinny, most of the boys i know dont like that. but to healthly lose a few pounds drink a glass of water before each meal. :] but allways remember to eat:]

How to lose weight without starving? -

So I am 5 9 and I weigh 140 pounds and I am trying to lose weight so I recently adjusted my diet and started eating 900 calories a day but it feels like I am constantly hungry. I exercise also. But anyway, is there any other way I can lose weight without feeling hungry constantly? My goal weight is 130

congrats on trying to be healthier! i checked your bmi your in the normal range but anyway 900 calories seem like not enough to eat i imagine your hungry lol you need aleast 1200 you could damage your body by eating this little trust me even if you eat 1200 calories or more you can still lose weight by burning the calories during the day!whatever you do dont starve yourself =[ just eat healthier and do some exercise

ok.. this is what you should do:try not to eat junk food - instead of getting rid of it completely in ONE day, you should slowly stop eating it - eat less than the serving size...2) instead of having 3 big meals a day - you should have 5-7 small ones - this makes your body burn more calories frequently because your brain will think about how many more meals it is going to get and instead of storing the calories in case you go hungry, it will burn more, already expecting the food that is going to come3) don t try to reduce your calories dramatically - your goal should be to burn body fat and in order to do that you should stop eating sweets and start getting the calories from fruits and vegetables... you will be eating the same amount of calories but you will be getting it from a healthier place4) in order to burn fat more quickly, you should vary your exercise routine.. so make sure to do yoga/stretching exercises and running and doing cardio exercise at the same time. also work on weights because it will help tone your body

Feeling hungry is your body s way of telling you its not getting what it needs. You don t need to cut calories you need to eat healthy. Stick with fresh fruits and veges and animal products (butter over margarine) if you eat well balanced meals and exercise such that your heart rate accelerates then you should lose weight. But 140 for 5 9 is really good. If you are 5 feet tall you are supposed to weigh 100lbs and add 5lbs for every inch. You should weigh 145, so 130 may make you look super skinny in a bad way.

try these:eat the Kellogg s cornflakes specially for losing weight. eat only that for a month to lose 10 kg s.go to gym and exercise for 3 hours and do yoga everyday early in the morning.try skipping and cycling.PLAY OUTDOOR GAMES! you know? it is fun! and playing football, basketball and running games help alot!!

You can t lose weight when you re starving. And 900 cals. per day is way to low. Try to up it to at least 1200 cals. and exercise of course :-)

900 calories is starving yourself! exercise in the morning (jog 1-2 miles). and when you get hungry eat vegetables or fruits. its not really about eating less its about eating the right things!

I lost 37 pounds by following the South Beach Diet. Basically, you stop eating sugar of any kind, and that includes rice, bread, pasta, potatoes, as well as cookies and the obvious ones.
