How can i lose weight fast and easy? -

Well i am 5 9 5 10 and i weight 155 and two and half months ago i was pregnant and lost the baby and at that time i weighted about 165 170. I want to go back down to what i use to weight about two years ago and that was 130 to 140. How can i lose that weight the fastest and i don t have much time to run. i want to lose it in my arms, tummy and legs. Thank you.

fill up on bulky fiber, it will help you feel more full. And eating carrot sticks and celery throughout the day will also help you feel more full. Speed walking on hills is probably more effective than jogging b/c you are more likely to stick with it than running or jogging. And it burns basically the same amount of calories. Each pound of fat is 3500 calories - you need to burn ( use more than you eat) 500 calories a day to lose one pound a week. And yes, you do have a choice. Feeling helpless is probably what made you fat (if you really are fat / obese). You are in control of your body. You can make it be fat, or make it be thin.

its a cliche but make sure you dont skip breakfast,have a bowl of special k every morning and fruit for lunch.cut butter,bread,salty and sweet out of your diet and excercise.doing this 20 pounds should come off in 4 to 5 weeks.any quicker than that and the health aspect cannot be ignored.if you want permanent stretch marks do it as fast as you want........... Eat healthy foods pleanty of fruit and vegetables, don t eat fried meats, eat mainly poultry and fish as protein, just healthy stufff reallydo some exerxise.

first off, stop stuffing urself with big macs. and when you get on a treadmile, dont tire urself just by trying to get on it. actually wear shoes when you run, it helps stinky feet. and ur mama overfeeding u doesnt actually help, so make her get out of there. and why dont you have a choice/ boyfriend gonna ditch you? he should, ur too desperate. get a life. excersize daily, and most importantly, dont work at mcdonalds anymore. ur stuffing ur self with extralarge big mac combos too much. and when ur stomach says ur full, dont eat more to help calm ur stomach down, its really trying to tell you something.

Ignore your hunger and your stomach will shrink. Chew sugar less gum, it s a good hunger suppressor. Before every meal drink a big glass of water, eat lots (not too many) fruits a vegetables, and try to switch to organic meat. Run 1-2 miles a day and do push ups til failure. Obviously you can, but you can lose just as much weight by eating as well.You really shouldnt fast. You need to lose weight at a good pace in order to be healthy..If you are really determined and will do it anyway, please eat at least things like radishes, celery and iceberg letuce (which are all made of mostly water, this way you get SOMETHING)But dont lose weight like that.Put yourself on a healthy diet, drink lots of water, stop drinking soda and eating junk, get a good amt of protein throughout the day, ands tart walking and exercising.

This is not a good idea. Your body will go into starvation mode which means it will cling on to anything in your body and therefore you won t lose weight. When you do not eat regularly, your body does not burn fat, it burns muscle, so essentially your body will be eating itself from the inside out. VERY UNHEALTHY! Aim to eat little and often and eat about every three hours, not just 3 big meals a day. Doing this ensures your body is not always craving huge meals and does not go into this starvation mode and so will metabolise quickly = weight loss! I m sure you re question was meant to be cute , but, since some folks may take the subject seriously, let me say that there are plenty of people who use fasting as a way to lose weight in a controlled manner. It is called dieting , and, in conjunction with exercise and other good living habits, will lead to good health. In other words, starving yourself isn t the answer.

yes, but you will be crabby, irritable, only losing water weight, and when you begin to eat again, you will gain it all back and maybe then some. is that really what you want?
