How can i lose weight in a week? -

i have a old friend coming over next week and i want to get a little thinner. i was thinking if i just drank water and ate eggs or something. if that would help. but can you PLEASE give me ideas on how to lose weight in a week. i really need to do it.

Xacillatum has the right approach. I agree with this person.Spot reduction is not possible with bodies. Can you imagine if this is possible - you will look so disproportionate and look downright funny. Body just does not work that way.You can reduce weight overall by eating right and in moderation and have a regular exercise routine. There is no other way unless you go through liposuction. To my way of thinking lipo is not an option.

I have heard many good things about it, but not from anyone I KNOW is a real person, who has bought the program.I m really really considering purchasing the program, however, I know that the ebook consists of just weight loss tips, nothing really worth paying for..the thing I want is the diet generator (because I have no idea how to create my own calorie shifting diet).So, here s my main question, and please, don t answer unless you have solid proof, which mean that either you have bought it, or somebody you know has...is the program a scam? example: if you buy it, will the give you the basically useless ebook, but then when you try and use the diet generator, force you to sign up for other things before allowing use?I really like the idea of this diet, however I ll be pissed if I spend 40 dollars for nothing.But, I would gladly pay that much if they will provide me with meal plans, at no extra cost or fees.

you cant really solve wideness. i mean maybe you can try.. LOLheres how::swimming, jump roping, hoola hooping, ice skating, running, racing, pogo sticks, scooters, bike riding, bad mitton, volleyball, football, any other sport. wide hips are a blessing. curves are beautiful on any woman. if you honestly think u need to lose weight an elyptical machine or exercise bike would be your best bet.

situps, yoga, run, bosu ball, surf, skate, basketball, eat healthier.get out and do stuff.
