well i hav the same problem because of my weight but im on a diet now and its not wat you eat its how much you eat... to lose weight you hav to limit yourself on the calories you eat.im only eating about 1050 calories a day and in about a month ive lost 12 pounds and its not that a lot but maybe in another two months i might be the size that i want to be.oh eat lots of salads!! and watch how much bread you eat!!hope i helped!!

Hi my name is carlos i need tips on how to lose weight? -
i go to high school as a sophmore and i need some opinions i am 16 and i weigh 140 pounds last year i dropped a few pounds then in one year i gain more than i lost 30 pounds i need help i tryed eating special k cereal but the no fat milk is horrible i use to exercise 4 days a week for an hour a day. my brother makes fun of my weight because hes skinny and im fat .every day i have to wake up just to look at my self in the mirror to see how fat i am and i dont look very good in any of the shirts i wear... any advice?
Are there any 10-15 minute exercises that I can do daily that will help me lose weight fast? -

You need more like 30 mins a day to actually LOSE weight. The more energy you expend, the more fat you should burn, so skipping might do it. You really need to spend 5 mins or so warming up first tho, don t just dive straight into it.
Intense cardio. Jump-roping and running sprints will blast about 10 calories per minute if you re rigorous enough. Try incorporating a few 10-15 minutes spurts of activity into your day though.
