make sure you are getting a good ammount of fruits/veggies/fiber. Try to eliminate sugar like soda and try not to snack late at night.
To lose weight faster I think should exercise more often than you usually do and keep it as your daily routine. When you are serving your plate don t serve to much food, don t eat too much fact, a lot of fruits and vegetables, you can eat meat with vegetables, and always eat breakfast. Waking up early and go for a run or walk its always a good thing; it gives you energy. On your breakfast you can eat a ball of cereal with a banana;every morning always have something different. For lunch you can have a snack that will satisfied you but if you really hungry than eat something like soup , meat with something else, your chose. Well at night don t eat before going to sleep, if you feel like you are a little hungry drink a glass of milk or water. Drink a lot of water.

You sound desperate to lose weight. Just eat well and exercise often. Stay healthy. Your body will have to adjust and you will eventually get fit.
do cardio, by just going to the gym and pumpin iron, your gonna be gaining weightand give 3 hours to digest before bed, so no energy gets stored
chew more gum when your hungry and also drink at least 8 cups of water a day and you will need more sleep so go to bed at like 11.00 pm
Only eat if your stomach rumbles, that is when you are really hungry.
