I need to lose weight fast. includes calorie intake, bmi, and calories burned a week.? -

normally, i dont eat lunch on a weekday.because the lines at my cafeteria are ******* crazy long.weekends i eat all three meals.i want to lose 10-20 lbs. bmi: 22.9current weight: 121 lbs.height: 5 1on a weekday-calorie intake: 120- 400i burn 270 or more calories in a week. please dont say im skinny, because you havent even seen me.

If you really want to lose weight then try eating 5-6 small meals a day. eat pleanty of healthy snacks like fresh fruit and veggies. Fiber and whole grain, that kind of stuff. Exercise most of the days of the week. have one day when you give your body a rest. always eat breakfast and if you dont want to buy your lunch then pack, because if you eat a lot of healthy foods your metabolism speeds up. muscle also speeds up your metabolism.

you are not skinny but you are not overweight too. i know you want to look good. i could give you some help but don t go below 100 lbs okay. i don t believe your calories intake daily is only 120 -400 calories. even chicken popcorn has almost 400 calories and some bagel could reach 300 calories. so you need to check back what you eat. target for 1500 calories a day. 270 calories to burn on one week is too low. jogging in place in 30 min alone could let you burn 200 calories. if you could do that so very easy routine everyday for a week you could lose 1400 calories. so don t waste this opportunity. so stay healthy and good luck. if you need more weight loss stuff you can check out my site.

How do i lose weight fast and not gain it back? -

uhm. i am 12 years old about 5 2 and i weigh 128.4 pounds.

exercise, walking is a great way 30 minutes a day and just keep walking to not put it back on.

excercise and eat healthy. dont go anerexic. that is just making you sick. good luck.

that is almost the same height weight and age i am do not worry about it i am at a healthy weight you should be too

First off, you are very young to already be concerned about dieting. Live life and just be YOU!Secondly, there is NO easy diet. And it is NEVER safe or effective to lose weight rapidly.If you really feel you have a weight problem, I suggest you talk to your mom or dad and possibly your pediatrician.I personally am on weight watchers as I have sturggled with weight my whole life and after all the time money and effert I have put into all other diets I found that there is not MAGIC cure, its simply a LIFESTYLE change and weight watchers has shown me that path!

You are young and if you do not eat alot of rich carbs like alot of bread and donunts and exercise at least 30-60 minutes daily you will lose the weight as you keep growing. do not drink whole milk, drink fat free or 2% milk. You need to drink milk every day at least 2 glasses that gives you calcium that help with metabolizim. Eat a salad daily and you can have soup and chicken and fish. And do alaot of things that are fun outdoors, like jumping rope, playing basketball, dancing. Move your body and eat good things and you will lose the weight.

Exercise on any sports everyday, but do not do weight training because it cause you to gain weight. Eat fruits and vegetables daily and do not eat junk food.

since you are only 12 you can do it without any exercise or dieting. Just be active and change your routine. Walk all the way to school instead of using a bus. Move around swiftly when you get a chance, etc

little man, you have to exercise above your normal activity level, not weight train; but like riding your bike... Also stop eating so much sugar and carbohydrate (ask your mom or dad to explain what those are), and lay off the soda and drink plenty of water, it is good for you.Jeremy

eat healthy and excercise have a celery stick or rice cake they are yummy.dont have any greasy or take-away foods and that includes maccas.but subway is healthy without cheese and butter.havev skim milk instead and ride a bike to school.use the scales to track your weight loss and chart it.greasy meats dont help.good luck.

I m not fat, I am normal size (5 8, 130 lbs), I just want to be really thin and fit because I am going to college and I want to lose weight for that (just 5 or 10 lbs). Problem is, its in three weeks. Is that attainable? If so, What can I do to exercise, what kind of things should I eat to look my best in 3 weeks?

wen u eat stuff, write down how many caloeirs u have eaten each day and at the end of the day go to the gym and burn off all of those calories plus an extra 200 or so.this will make you lose weight faster
