You could weight more, yet be smaller if you had a low body fat. Try the body fat calculator at the included link.My suggestion is you look into abdominal exercises, but pudgy stomach is not necessarily the cause of muscle tone problems.I suggest you combine cardiovascular exercises with weight lifting. A good tip for weight lose is to not try to lose weight. A lot of diets will tell you that you will lose weight fast, but where are you losing the weight from? Most of them will lose the weight from muscles, which will lower your metabolism, causing you ro gain it back again. Instead of losing weight, lose the fat. To do this, just remember one word: SYNERGY. There are four component:1. Eat healthy - For your body to be healthy, it needs the proper nutrition. You want to drink water before you get thirsty. Carry a water bottle with you and sip on it all day.These four items done by themselves, are very good for you. Learn to monitor your calories. Weight loss is all about energy, if you eat less calories than you burn then you lose weight. All foods can be incorporated into a healthy diet as long as they are eaten in moderation. Eating A LOT of any food is bad. Peanut butter is pretty high calorie (about 200 cal in 2 Tablespoons) so if you are not careful then the calories can really add up.
Eat yogurt(diet) before the meals.Then you can eat apple, rye bread, grilled chicken, salad with very little Olive oil.you can have purslane and spinach.Cabbage soup will also help to loose weight.Also many vegetables like tomato, carrot,cucumber.And drink green tea before sleeping and before the breakfast.Prefer toasted bread.You can eat light cheese, too.

I have lost 40 lbs. in 3 months and I know this will work. Eat small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, eat your last meal 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. Do not starve yourself or your body will go into survival mode where anything you eat will be turned into FAT. This will help you a lot but if you want more results you can exercise 3-4 days a week, include weight training and especially cardio (walking especially running). If you set your mind to lose the weight you will lose it and when you start seeing how good you look you ll want to keep going.Good Luck

First of all don t think that you are fat, don t be fricky about your weight. Second, go to gym not to loose weight just for fun and make sure to take your ipod with you cause it does help. Third, you want to loose weight without any of that stuff, eat good breakfast, very good lunch and skip dinner, and walk at least an hour a day. that s what my dad did and he lost 25 pds in a week.
Im not trying to be harsh here, but motivation is a needed factor in a diet. you dont want to do the work, but you want to loose the weight. the only option for that is surgery. stick with the diet. after a few pounds you will start to feel better and then your motivation will rise. that will lead to greater weight loss and a larger self esteem.

I don t know this is a tough one. How long did it take to get 100l lbs overweight? I think first of all that it would be unrealistic to expect to lose the excess weight faster than you put it on. Generally it would make sense to think of your own body as a type of balloon; If you put more in eating - than your are taking out (excretions and chemical burning of calories the balloon will continue to get bigger. So it is very possible with this continued course you will be 130 lbs over weight by the end of the year. I don t know, you may need professional help right now. You have to exercise every day for about 30 minutes. You can do this by walking. Eat low fat, high fiber (including high fiber carbs), fruits, veggies. Cut out sweets. I promise it will work.

Try taking an aerobics or yoga class... or getting some weights or something you can use while you watch tv at the very least, take a walk to a duck pond and feed them popcorn... etc. You need to watch what you eat REGARDLESS. Hello! Congratulations on taking the first step forwards anyways! I just recently have lost a total of 63 pounds, and I was the same as you, munching on foods when I was bored. I think that the key thing for me was to change my eating habits and the foods that were in my fridge. I cut pops out COMPLETELY, which were loaded with empty calories. I replaced junk foods with veggies and fruits. I won t kid you, it was really hard to do, but within a week, I noticed a change in my energy levels. Also, take a multivitamin!!! I also was calorie counting, just trying to monitor how much I was eating. As for exercise, I was taking my dog for two 2 km walks a day at first, then gradually increased this. Then I started a running podcast called the Couchto5K running program, which starts you out slow and works it s way up to 5 km of running over 8 weeks. It was fun because you have someone cheering you on while you run to music. Then I started going to the gym to tone up as well. I also have aerobic videos to do when I have those days that I can t get to the gym.As for recipes that are quick and easy....try using a slow cooker for those days. Or when you make something, make a HUGE batch of it, then freeze the rest for later use. I hope that this helps you out! Everyone is different and does things a different way! If your trying to lose weight it is all about how many calories you consume. If u want to lose 1 pound you need to cut 3500 calories(500 a day for 1 week).
