How can i lose weight fast ?!?!!? -

hiiyaa am age 18 n onli 5 ft... i used 2 weigh 7 n half stone 6 months ago n nw am 9 sstone... not happy n feel soooo fat... i wna lose weight but hate exercise... any suggestions or diet tips...x also if any1 knows any realii good ways 2 reduce dark circles... plzzzz let meee nooo xxx

if you lose it fast, you re only gonna gain it even faster once you start eating like normal, so please dont try any of these trendy quick-fixes.I weighed then gained pretty much what you did my freshman year of college, but i found what works for me have lost/kept off that weight and more. A good way to lose weight is to keep a food journal. write down what you eat and how many calories each item is, be honest, and try to keep it at 1200 to 1300 calories a day if you re trying to lose weight. It also helps because if you know you have to right something down that you probably shouldnt eat, it might make you think twice.That also helped me make better eating choices in general when i was trying to lose weight, as it helps you realize things like a bowl of oatmeal has less calories in it than a spoonful of mayo on your sandwich, and will def keep you full longer. Oatmeal was my savior when i was on a diet, its a great low fat option whenever you feel like snacking, there are some really yummy varieties out there with the instant packages.just dont obsessively count calories like some girls do. just do your best to eat healthy, def dont worry about calories in healthy foods like fruits and vegetables like i see some stress about, cause you can never get too much of those. exercise is a good supplement, but the best way to lose weight is through diet changes. i hate exercise too so i get what you mean :)

:p im not sure if this is healthy... it probably isnt but since im a dancer and i dont have alot of time to have meals so what i do is drink water with alot of lemon in it... for some reason it fills me up and so far im only 85 pounds at the age of 15 and im 5 foot 4 XD.... but i wouldnt really just drink lemon water... its just something to do if you are craving some junk food Sorry if i sound a bit crazy :pTaylor 3

um 14 years old...i am like serously over weight....i m 5 2 and i weight 188 ibs....i am really uncomfortable with my appearance..i think that if i was at least 30 ibs lighter i would feel much better...but i have a problem....the most excersise i can get is from physical education and maybe excess to a treadmill one or two times a weak...i need help...i cant stand to look at myself anymore..plz help me

Hello to you! Vanessa here.Well you are definitely young so the weight you can get rid of very quickly. I myself am 37 years old and currently losing weight by drinking protein meal replacement shakes, eating two 250 calorie meals and 2 snacks a day. I also get on my treadmill twice a day for 35 mins in the morning night everyday as well as do a 10 min workout to lose my abs or to strength train.But most importantly, I think you should try to eat smaller meals like 5 to 6 meals a day. By doing this, you will definitely lose weight and increase you workouts to 3 to 4 times a day. Even if you can just exercise for 10 mins a day, alittle goes a long way. And to tell you the truth, mini workouts in my opinion are better because it keeps your metabolism working throughout the day as oppose to exercise a whole hour at one time. If you want to lose weight, you have to watch the foods you eat. Like at dinner, only have one serving of pasta and no desert. Limit your calories a little bit- but not too much. Also, exercise plays a huge part in weight loss. Try running or playing a sport. Good luck!

I wouldn t think you need to change the whole way you eat or go on a diet because if you re wanting to build muscles - it s better to do it all with exercise.Exercises like jogging won t exactly build your muscles on your stomach but they will help reduce the extra fat around there. Depending on how fit you are, you should go on daily or bi-daily jogs of around a mile. To build muscles, you should concentrate on anaerobic exercises such as sit-ups to help build muscles.These muscle-building exercises will give your muscles the toning and training they need to grow and become more prominent. To start to see a real difference with sit-ups, you should be looking to do no more than 100 every day (more than that will often hurt your muscles).If you stick to doing those two forms of exercise - jogging and sit-ups, you should see real improvements in a week or two. Remember, you should do them as often as you can (I.E every single day).

Wriggle your toes and your fingers whenever you can. This too is a stress buster and it gives you a chance to at least work your hand and leg joints. This will tell you how sore they are and if their condition is so bad, just think of the rest of your body.

Im turning 14 this month and 4 months ago i was pretty much in the same position as you, except i m 5 4 and i was about 183 pounds. I lost 30 pounds so far and now i m 150 just from cutting out fast food, soda drinks, and anything else high in calorie, carbs, and sugar. I also went on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day. I m homeschooled though so it s obviously less stressful for me to find time to exercise, you need to find a way to get more motivated before you start because if you give up right away and aren t motivated.. it won t work out. Try a really healthy diet for a few months..and try too push yourself during gym. if that doesn t work out you may need to just find time to excerise daily because it really does speeds up the process.

why dont you go see a nutritionist and have them put you on a diet

Do not overeat and no food after 6pm. You can eat after 9pm though...just kidding... Your body knows how much food it needs so without eating too much you will be on your way to losing your weight gradually. It helped me when I was struggling with extra pounds. Still some light exercise would be useful. Good luck with that!

I m sure to get healthy results there needs to be mainly a change in what and how you eat.All of this I m telling you is valuable information I ve experienced and has worked for me.Make sure to drink 8 cups of water throughout the day or the equivalent of 4 bottles of water. Drink the water each time before you eat anything. Let water be your only drink of choice. You d be surprised of how juice and soda can add up to a lot of calories. In the morning drink a glass of water before consuming anything else and have half a multivitamin with the water.When I started taking multivitamins when I was your age, it made me feel full and less hungry. I guess the vitamins decreased the hunger I felt by supplying my body with nutrients that I would have gotten from food.Daily, have three servings of fruit and three servings of vegetables. Also have three servings of fat free dairy like a glass of milk or a cup of yogurt. Have 6-11 servings of grains, like breads, rice and pastas. Also have about 5.5 ounces of lean meat. Maybe some slices of turkey, or a chicken breast. The calories should be around 1200-1500.Also remember every time you eat, to chew as many times possible before you swallow. You ll feel full faster.Also try to put on some music and dance daily. Just make any excuse to move around.

So I am not fat I am just average but i feel this NEED to be skinny. Don t lecture me cause I already know. I ve done everything. Working out like CRAZY, cutting back on foods. For awhile I was ADDICTED to laxatives My best guy friend weened me off of them but I never felt that skinny before ever.

i know the need to be skinny, i like it to but trust me, its bad idea to try to get skinnier when ur a healthy weight to begin with. i wont lecture u on why u shouldnt be annorexic or whateve but i will say this, u were beautifully made and god designed u just the way he wanted u so be hapy with urself, people wont like u more if ur really skinny, and neither ill guys, i have three bro z and they dont think realy skinny girls are ecsecialy hot, in fact they dont like it, they think it looks weird and unhealthy. so be confidant, and pleez go see a counsoler or sumthing becuz lots of girls have that same need to be skinny but it just destys ur life. being healthy is much better. and working out while cutting back on foods is NOT a good idea, ur body needs even more nutriants when u have been working out so if u cut back on foods then ur body will just begin a downward spiral to being really really sick. there are sooo many people that feel this same need but all it leads to is the hospital, and in some cases, death. is it really worth it? also, tell ur boyfreind i admire him for helping u pleez, like im serious, please tell him wther u agree with me or not, becuz that is realy great of him, ur a lucky girl.

well if you want to get abs or something, then i suggest the bicycle crunch.i have been wanting abs for a while now, and just last week i started to run for like twenty minutes a day, and do bicycle crunches.make sure you stretch, and just ask me if you dont know what bicycle crunches are(:but i started out doing fifty a day, 25 in the morning, and 25 at night. but now im doing a hundred a day, 50 in the morning and 50 at night.its wat easieer than you think, and i already have some pretty good results.

Maybe being skinny isn t for you, just because you re skinny doesn t mean you re hot. more cushion for the pushin !

This should get you sweating.NUTRITIONYou need to consume less than you burn. You can do this by eating more frequently (5-6 meals a day) in smaller portions instead of eating big portions (1-3 meals a day) This will get ur metabolism going. Stay away from the obvious, like fried, junk food etc. Eat fruits to make you feel full. ALso eating at a slower rate and taking sips of water between bites help u feel fuller. It takes approximately 20 minutes for your brain to register that you are full after you eat. omg dont ever just lift weights. you cant lift weights until you lose all the fat. because if you have muscle mixed with fat, it just makes you look chubby and nasty. dieting and jogging is fine. but dont ever starve yourself, eat three meals a day and ignore bread, sugar, and grease/oils. meat makes you skinny ! ( akins diet ) trust me.my sister lost like SO MUCH weight . like look at lions and tigers in the wild, what do they eat? meat ( deers and stuff )and do they have any fat? no. it works.
