I weight 244 lbs and i am 6 2 [ive already lost close to 7 lbs in about 2 weeks just watching what im eating and exercising] but i want to loss MORE! By January 15 i would like to have lost 25 - 30 lbs. Is this possible? 3rd. Some fast weight loss tips would be greatly appreciated!Thanks!
If you want some quick tips, here s one: cut portion sizes. A cup of pasta is two servings. Measure that out: that s a small portion size. When you get nutritional information on packages, it will always tell you serving sizes. Easiest way to count calories is to eat the ACTUAL serving size. As for the options you suggested:A) Low carb works, but it s hard to stick with. And if you go too low in carbohydrates your diet is no longer healthy.B) All diets involve cutting calories in some way.C) Weight watchers programs tend to have lots of support with them, and there are many people that swear by them. Having someone to talk to regularly when you re trying to lose a lot of weight can keep you focused. I don t know about fast, but this so far is your healthiest option.D) You re a big person. You still need fuel even when you re losing weight. A liquid diet just is NOT going to give you the fuel your body needs. And once you lose the weight and go back on to real food, you haven t made any changes to your normal eating habits, so the weight will come right back.

well done!A calorie controlled diet is the best way to lose weight, its fast but healthy.Hmm i think it is possible because you are exercising as well.Make sure you drink loooads of water (at least 10 glasses a day) and not too much salt as that makes you retain water weight.Herbal teas work too.Good luck!
Obviously you have a reason for wanting a quick diet solution because you mentioned a date-Jan 15. It s great that you re exercising, but you really shouldn t think diet. Those fad diets with quick weight lost are not healthy and when you go back to your normal eating habits your weight usually doubles. Try smaller portions at meal time and healthy snacks in between like: fruit, protein bars, nuts. That way you re not starving yourself and you feel satisfied. Cut down on the carbs and drinking lots of water. This should yield results that will not only help reach your goal for Jan 15, but even beyond that. Oh! and don t eat late at night. Try to have dinner before six o clock. I lost 15pds in two weeks and I wasn t exercising at all! I never feel hungry and I don t have the temptation to over indulge because I feel satisfied.Think life style change-not crash diet...All the best
