Weight loss tips, anyone!? -

So, I plan on losing a few pounds over the summer. I just need to know a few things:1. What are some foods I should eat? (Breakfast, lunch and dinner reccomendations)2. What are some good fat burning exercises?3. Anything else I should know?Thanks so much, any help/tips/advice is greatly appreciated.:)

High School? -

So I ve decided I want high school to be awesome (hell who doesn t ?). Well I ve decided I m going to re-do my life. Now I know that whole be happy with who you are thing but I m not because during middle school I lost myself. I became overweight, I became unpopular, and I became introverted. Prior to seventh grade I was athletic (to a degree), popular (to a degree), and extroverted. And now that I m going to High School I want that back but I m not sure how to get there. Any weight loss tips? I m 190, 5 11 . And this is going to sound shallow but I want to be friends with the popular kids (my old friends prior to me becoming a jerk during my parents divorce). So how can you like become friends with the popular kids? Any tips PLEASE. I would seriously appreciate them, especially weight loss ones, I m too embarrassed to ask my doctor =/ .

The best advice I can give you is believe in yourself. You are worthy of anyones time if you believe you are. You dont need anyone else to jsutify your existence. Just be yourself and you will make new friends. You may find that the poplar people may not have the same values as you and you may not want to be their frien. Be yoruself, the rest with work itself out.EDIT: As far as losing weight, try something simple at first like not drinking any soda, just juice, 100% juice. And no fast food, or fast food once a month. Combine that with a simple exercise routine like walking for 30 minutes a day is very good start.

hey im in high school and i know how you feel try playing more sports and eating less sometimes after people go through something tramatic(the divorce in this case) people turn to different things to make them feel better like food and tv. yes im sure you have heard this all before but some people just dont notice they are doing it. Also try hanging out with the cool people getting to know them. and if that does not work and you are desprete try wearing clothes, playing sports, or hanging out the places they do. but dont be stupid and start smoking, doing drugs or other stupid stuff i know it sounds uncool but you will regret it later. hope all this works for you. They usually use identical twins, with one who does not exercise and eat everything and the other who exercise and eat healthy (I do not blame people for making money any way they can��I don��t know which one I would chose to be). Anyway, do a ��before�� picture of yourself (in a 2 piece-swimsuit with bad lighting) and then in a few months, do an ��after�� picture with a smile. You don��t even need a twin for that one.6. The Slimming World plan is a great eating plan, and I lost a stone in 6 weeks by following it alone (i.e. without exercising). There are lots of free foods - i.e. that can be eaten in unlimited quantities, which I found good as you never have to go hungry.It s a bit complex to try and explain the whole routine in this answer as it does take a bit to get your head around. I used to drink Coffee, White 2 Sugars.I am on a Weight Management Course at the moment after 16 WeeksI drink Coffee, Black no Sugar, Reduced Half a Teaspoon of Sugar a Week then reduce the amount of milk you put in each Week.Or Water.If you want fizzy drinks get the 1 Cal ones. ( Check how many in the others including Diet )Do not buy foods you should not eatI have stopped buying Biscuits (Any Type), Cheese (Any except Cottage), Chocolate (Any Type), Crisps, Butter, Jam, Margarine, Marmalade, Mayonnaise (Any Type), Pasties, Pastry or Pies (Any Sort), Sugar,If you look at that list they are all high calorie and if they are not in the house you cannot eat them.Next is you need to eat a healthy Breakfast I have Muesli and Milk, No Sugar and a Cup of Black Coffee.I fall down with Mid Day as I would say eat a Salad but in fact I have Cottage Cheese on Pitta bread. But I add up the Calories and take from my daily total.Tea time and I Fill up with Swede @ 22 Cals Per 100 gms rather than Potato @ 95 Cals Per 100 gms. Boiled Fish Steaks @ 55 Cals each.I then add Spices or Herbs to them with other Veggies. A good Curry Paste is handy in the cupboard. Comes to Main Meal of 530 Cals.Your other choice is to do more exercise (I do not have that option due to Ostio Arthritis).The golden rule is you do not lose weight until you take in less Calories than you use.The advantage of the exercise is that you get muscle tone but remember Muscle is heavier than Fat so you can look better and Slimmer because of Fat changed to Muscle but be Heavier. I have lost 40 lbs. in 3 months and I know this will work. Eat small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, eat your last meal 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. Do not starve yourself or your body will go into survival mode where anything you eat will be turned into FAT. This will help you a lot but if you want more results you can exercise 3-4 days a week, include weight training and especially cardio (walking especially running). If you set your mind to lose the weight you will lose it and when you start seeing how good you look you ll want to keep going.Good Luck

mIne are that there aren t really any quick fixes. the main thing you need to concentrate on is your food intake. reduce your calorie intake but don t go below 1200 cals. 80-90% of weight loss relies on dieting and dieting alone. if you can do this without a problem then you are on your way to losing. to lose it faster and keep your metabolism running high, do some cardio (30-60min a session) as well as some weight training if you can.

He he, diet secret, hah! The best diet is to shop at whole foods, drink coconut milk stead of regular milk, you can get a lot of those fatty foods there, but hello! they re not as fatty! Also lots of exercise! Get a can t believe it has no sugar cookbook There s one recipe which replaces sugar with a banana! Eat lots of greens, but not those stupid jenny creg diet stuff!it d probably make you sick! a healthy diet and plenty of exercise is good enough! It s better! also dieting is stupid, because then your body doesn t get enough sugar. Stay away from Mcdonalds!also exercise, eat heathy, not any fast food, drink water and STAY AWAY FROM SODA!( once in a while, not every day!!)also by: running (a.k.a:track) ice skating, swimming, and bike riding! Getting slimmer is so easy! eat lots of bananas, and drink lots of tea without sugar, only honey, or instead of honey...(insert dramatic music here)pollen! the pollen in honey! It s so good for you! lots of walking, it burns off at great because you don t get your heart rate too fast. but you have to do brisk walking. Also, for each day, write down every single thing you put in your mouth and add up the calories.,

eat 6 small meals, healthy meals!!and run or some form of workout, and every night try to do the 8 minute abs work out, and 8 minute buns work out. that can be found on youtube.

Ya absolutely, IF your willing to work. Go to crossfit.com. Crossfit is a very INTENSE excersize/training regiment. It def aint for the faint hearted, but you can always scale down the workouts. As motivation look at those girls that do crossfit. STUNNING bodies lean sexy and firm!!!

Just watch you calories, eating about 1500 a day. Exercise for about 30 a day, jogging or running is great. pounds in a month is easy! stick to this and it ll be fine xx

Trying to lose weight for my modeling.? -

NY is really demanding. Most models are at least 5 8 and are 100-110 pounds. I don t think I ll ever get that low. I m 5 7 and 128 right now. I m really thin but have areas I could trim down. Once I trim down completely, I really don t think I ll be that low. Maybe 110-120 if I am lucky. I m not willing to starve myself. I don t want healthy problems or a dampened metabolism. Do you think I have heavy bones? My dad is under 6 and told me he s over 210. I couldn t believe it. He looks maybe 180. How much more weight can heavy bones ad? I have a small-medium frame. Also, do you have any healthy weight loss tips? Anyone or any models want to share? Thanks!

I m glad you aren t willing to compromise your health for your looks. Unfortunately, in the modeling industry, you re going to be asked to. If anything you are slightly underweight. You are at the very bottom of the healthy weight range for an adult your height. The healthy minimum is exactly 128 according to WeightWatchers.com, the maximum being between 147 and 160 depending on your age. Being in the world of modeling is unhealthy for your body, mind, and spirit. You seem sweet and intelligent, and I recommend finding a career in which you are accepted for the beautiful, healthy person you are.

Bones are the lightest part of your body, besides the lungs (which are full of air).

you don t want to get anorexic so maybe you shouldn t do modeling
