As my grandma says, there weren t any fat people in Auschwitz so don t feel bad, you can lose the weight! You need to run every morning first thing. Write down everything you eat throughout the day as well as how many calories. Limit your calories to 1,750 a day and you will lose lots of weight. Make sure you eat these 1750 calories throughout the day, not twice or three times a day but like 6 times. You will not be eating alot per sitting but you will be nourished as well as keeping your metabolism moving at a high rate! Good Luck!
Diets don t work. The minute you stop with your diet be it Weight Watchers or whatever (I ve done them all) - you ll gain everything back and then some additional weight!If you re in North America then leave. Go to Europe or Asia or anywhere for that matter. Here s why: The food supply here is full of hormones, steroids and other crap. They do this to increase the size of the livestock so they can sell you more meat. Our dairy products are over pasteurised - to the extent that all cheeses pretty much have the same bland taste. Our vegetables are genetically modified. That s the garbage we re eating and that s the reason why we re the fattest people on the planet. Whenever I travel to another country I lose weight - no matter how much I eat. This happens EVERY TIME I travel. I travel to Europe, Australia, Hong Kong, Tahiti (boy did I pig out there), Venezuela,....... pretty much everywhere. While I m in the U.S. I ALWAYS gain weight - no matter how much I try to lose it. Tried exercise, and pretty much every diet around and nothing works. The pounds just keep piling on. Has it ever occurred to you that people in other countries don t do diets? We are the fattest nation on earth - yet all we do is diet and exercise! I don t know anyone personally in Europe who goes to the gym on a regular basis - yet here it seems like everyone does. The only difference between us and other nations is our food supply.

The later that you eat supper, the more likely that the calories that you consume at dinner will turn to fat.I suggest a lot of water because it has no calories and it aids the digestive process. I suggest fruit and vegetables because they do not have many calories and they digest easily. Eat nuts in the morning because they are difficult to digest and will keep you full longer. Good luck getting into shape.By the way, if you run for at least 30 minutes/day you can go out to eat 1 time per week. Give it a month to start to see results. You will lose more without the going out to eat thing. Also, stay away from alcohol
turn that fat into anger, get yourself all revved up and pissed off right before you start working out. take all your stress all your hate all your anger, and drag it all down into the pit of your stomach, and then just let it EXPLODE like a reactor! you lose about three times more weight that way, also, I recommend sports instead of the gym, because it s fun, and there s competition, so you get more enthralled into it to win.

At 5 3 170 lbs, your body needs about 1800 calories a day to maintain your weight. In order to lose weight, you can t eat more than 1200 calories a day. You can t expect to lose 40 lbs overnight but if you stick to the above calories, you ll lose!Also, you need to drink half your body weight in ounces of water each day. There is no safe way to lose weight fast . In a sense, you could shed off water weight quickly by deliberately dehydrating yourself, but the loss is guaranteed to be temporary and can result in serious damage to your body. So will all other such quick fixes (except perhaps certain surgeries). See a nutritionist/general practitioner, and devise a safe, solid approach to long term loss.
You must be eating more than vegetables. Cut out the sweets and the fats. Exercise and drink lots of water. I don t understand vegetarians. If you eat balanced meals (at least 3 a day) you will loose weight. But how can you eat balanced meals without protein? Take vitamins and be good to yourself!!

You should try upping your protein intake, and cut calories. I lost 10lbs. last week by eating 6 or 7 small meals a day, and keep each meal under 200 calories. I eat a lot of Special K bars, Nature s Own Trail Mix Bars, Slim Fast High Protein Bars, and replace a couple meals with Slim Fast Optima Shakes. Some cardio doesn t hurt either. Each bar is roughly 140 calories, and believe me when I say this, those slim fast products are essential to not being hungry. Every 2 hours you should eat a little something, which will prevent you from becoming ravenously hungry, which is the number 1 killer of any diet. High fiber and protein will fill you up. Good Luck.

This is a little difficult for you to lose weight fast without eating proper protein. If you could include fish like samon or tuna into your diet, you would probably lose weight faster. My niece who was 5 2 and 190 pounds last year came to live with me and here is what we did. She ate oatmeal for breakfast,or fresh fruit, then she walked at least a mile a day. She worked in the garden a lot, ate a small lunch composed of a salad or 1/2 a turkey sandwich on multigrain bread no mayonaise, substituted mustard. then for diinner we would cook, fish, or chicken and have a huge salad with low fat or fat free salad. sometimes we would steam vegetables instead of having salad for dinner and she would eat salad for lunch. And at least three times a week we would go to the gym at night for about two hours. She spent 30 minutes walking on the treadmill, then 1 1/2 hours working out on machines in the gym. The weight began falling off of her. She has lost 75 pounds now. I swear that is all she did. no pills no diet aids nothing else but eat right and exercise. She had been overweight for 10 years. She was a size 20 and now she is a size 8. She has worked so hard and I know you will too. Don t worry about when you eat a cookie or something bad for you once in a while, we all do, she did, but she worked twice as hard the next day. She has kept the weight off since October.
Exercise. I know, it s a hard pill to swallow, but exercise is the best way to loose weight. There are other ways to loose weight, but some of them are extremely dangerous to you health. Trust me, just exercise.
Stop eating suger. My mom did and she lost a whole lot. You can eat some but not a lot. This is quit and easy.
