Ok, i m constantly reminded how fat i am by my friend, and i m sick of it.Some of my friend say oh your not fat!but im over weight i mean really overweight.And i wanna loose 50 pound by summer 2009which is 7 months away, could i do that?im 5ft 2 1/2inand i weight ....alot. So every other day i run a mile and im trying to start a food logis there anything i can to to loose mostlyleg and belly fat besides running?Thanks lots
How much do you weigh? That s an important factor. Anyway,50 divided by 7 is 7.142,so you d have to lose 7lbs per month. Divide that by the number of weeks in a month and you d have to lose 1.75lbs per week,which sounds pretty healthy. If you currently consume about 2,000 calories per day,you need to reduce this intake by at least 250 calories less than you normally do and you need to burn off an extra 250 calories per day.3500 =one pound of fat,so you d have to burn off 3500 calories per week,which is 500 calories per day. Workouts:Invest in a video game that gets you moving. Like DDR or Wii Fit. I usually burn 500 calories on DDR in 1hour,doing difficult songs. Spinning classes are also reported to burn 500 calories in 30mins. If you have Comcast Cable,they have free workouts on Demand. If not,Youtube.com has some good workouts. You can also just walk instead of running. Walking for an hour could = running for 30mins. Grab a friend and go! Dancing to music is great as well! Skip steps when you walk up stairs! Try to keep it interesting.Diet:Drink at least 40oz of water. I drink 128 oz per day. Cut out the sodas and energy drinks. You don t need them. Obviously,stay away from sweets. Try to limit your sweets intake to 2 per month or less.V8 Fusion Smoothie is a great way to get your recommended intake of vegetables and fruits. Pickles are great,because they are usually 5 calories or 0 calories. Soups are great for filling meals. You don t have to just eat salads. Just be sensible.I ve tried the whole not eating thing and it only made me gain MORE weight. You can lose a lot of weight if you don t eat or survive on 40 calories for 7months,but you might lose other things as well. Your sanity,your grades,your friends,your muscle and maybe even your life. Don t listen to those fools who say you shouldn t have gotten that fat . At least you re trying to do something about it!
I think that the best way to lose that quantity of weight would be by eating just smaller portions and by cutting out unhealthy foods and sticking only to the healthy ones. Such as salads, vegetables....And for more of a filling meal such as at supper just eat smaller portions then you normally would. I think that most people tend to gain a lot of weight just by drinking soft drinks and eating really unhealthy. As for exercising your legs and belly fat your best bet would be maybe getting into a sport that requires much physical activity to make it more entertaining such as soccer or skiing or w.e. Maybe join a gym and work out on machines that will replace fat with muscle as muscle burns fat and will help you lose weight if anything.:)hope i helped.
Well what you need to do is drink lots of water cut on the sweets, try to eat more vegetables that will make your digestion system work better..Also try to stay away from flour foods, like bread, pastas, and keep on the running just maybe one day you run the other just walk for at least 1 hour tops. An Im pretty sure by all this you would be able to lose some weight.I hope this help good luck. I know how you feel.
How much is a lot ??? Anyway, I needed to lose some weight too so I just started walking, and it s working! Just start with a brisk walk around the block, then move up to walking everywhere you possibly can, INSTEAD of riding in a car. Take a walk every chance you get. Around the block, up to the store and back, etc etc. The weight will melt off. ALSO, drink low-cal drinks like: water, G2 (LOVE IT!), etc etc. and lay off the fast food and carbs as much as possible. If you love hearty food, just cut your portions in half and don t eat after 6pm... Good Luck hun!
OKAY. whoever is telling is fat tell THEM TO SHUT UP okay there is no easy way not lose wight without running. but you can GO ONLINE AND LOOK AT EXERSICE VIDEOS. CUT DOWN ON SUGARS AND SALT. going up and down stairs is good for your legs and crunches will help out with your stomach. Also good food as well as eating in moderation will help. but you have to run way more than a mile to see any kind of result sorry but their really is no other way.
Um, no. You ll have to run alot to burn that much.. sorry hun, you shouldn t have let yourself get that fat is all I can say to that, hahah. THE KEY TO LOSING WEIGHT IS CARDIO, it s as simple as that :)
swimming... ?i would stick with running. just walk a dog or something while you run. it really is effective. you can even start running 5ks and stuff which are a lot of fun.
well...to loose weight....u should probably.....totally stop eating sugar(ex. desserts, snacks wit sugars,...etc...)....trust me...if u can do dat...u ll be ok....but..incase ur wondering...wat am i suppose to eat?.....well....eat veggis....fruits.....bread......but no jelly......tiny bit peanut butter.........but u hav to keep at it for about every 5 weeks
well you should run about 3 miles - slowly- by doing low intensity training you will burn fat-- not just carbs- complete that 5 days a weekalso you should eat healthy and not eat after 7:00 PM
i did weight watchers and in 1 week i lost 7 lbs i didn t do anything but follow that i swear if u think u can and stay with it u will lose Weight
