Hi, I graduated high school at 240 pounds and at 5 foot 3 that made me about as round as I was tall. I was one of those overweight teenagers who ate anything and everything without any regard to the effects it was having on my own body. Therefore, I began the diet pills, which did not work; I ate the special diet foods and even began drinking diet beverages. None of this stuff worked for me, just as it does not work for millions of overweight people. Eating less did not work and I was not one to work out or even get up and do anything remotely related to exercise. I knew I would look silly and it would hurt. I never thought or really cared about the health effects this would have on me, back then. A year ago after a successful weight loss plan, now at 120 pounds, it is a major difference. I ve lost 30 pounds in the first month. The most significant change in my life is the amount of energy I now have and the way my clothes fit loosely. 1. Eat less white foods like bread and rice. have lots of green stuffs and salad 2. Drink lots of water.Try high fiber foods 3. To burn all those calories Try exercise and workouts. No sedentary works. Apart from those usual tips try having honey in luke warm water in morning before breakfast. It really works. Try green tea too!!!! Cabbage also removes fat from body. Loosing weight may be frustrating coz every body is unique and all above methods may or may not work for you ... so try new methods too!!!! Gud luck !!!!
Eat healthy, exercise- DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!! it s stupid and in the long run when you start to eat regularly again your body will preserve a lot of fat...MUCH harder to lose later in life.I swim, it s easy (for me) and fun. I do it 2 hours and a half a day (because i have tim And i m a physco path for it too) BUT just 30 mins a day or 3 times an hour would be just fine. Eat BREAKFAST! you burn 70% more calories! so good luck!
Losing weight quickly is a bad goal. You should exercise for 30 minutes 3 times a day. Substitute chips with veggies. Don t have a goal to lose weight quickly. It takes time!
