How do i lose weight fast? -

im 16 and im about 180 pounds and im 5 9i wanna lose weight fast to feel better about myselfi skate alot so im gessing that should helpand i only eat cereal,im hoping that will help alot.so please give me any advise thanks :]

i want to run around the block when i get up. what else can i do?

make a commitment. promise yourself. I WILL NOT EAT ANY JUNK AT ALL FOR THE REST OF THIS WEEK. and then don t do it, and then follow a fitness chart. i have to do this one.10 min stretch10 curl ups.5 push ups.5 arm curls15 toe raises10 squat jumps. and one cardio activity like jogging around the block for at least 20 minutes.thats what i do, it really helps. don t think that if you go a whole week without eating junk, that next week u can have whatever you want. i ve learned that thats not how a diet works. good luck![:

take up a sport and participate every day! you your best in PE, eat healthily, and cut out all junkfood, including soda!

im not the type of person to eat healthy but i know thats the key but i need help doing so i dont want to stop eating fun foods but i do want to eat a little healthyer with out spending any money someone please help

Cut down on the junk food, candy, chips, etc. Cut out the soda completely.Eat more fruits and vegies, drink more water.Take a walk every day or do some other exercise you enjoy.You ll lose weight and it won t cost you a penny!

Abs are built in the kitchen not the gym.You can run your butt off but if your post workout meal is a cappachino and donuts or beers and wings it isn t going to work.

try exercising , walking is one of the best one you can do ,and you don t have to stop eating your fun food just cut it down , don t have it everyday ,and if you want to lose it fast , try cutting the fast food out for 2 weeks ,, and try the meat , chicken , fish, and veg .see if that makes a difference , good luck

haha dosent everyone wish they knew the answer:P mabye just join a sport and get more active... that always works. dont give up fun food just even it out with how much active things you do!! have fun!!!

cut junk food, don t be lazy, learn why you gain weight, cut energy drink and acknowledge that when you do things with free resources you should cover it with your own time and work. nobody will do it for you unless you are miss world. but people will stop do things for miss world when she become mrs world or when they become last year miss world. check out my site for additional free resources on losing weight.

eating healhy can be fun food (I like fruit)but drink water instead of soda and stuff, and always drink some water before you eat (kick starts metabolism before you eat) and sometimes when you get a little hungry, you re actually thirsty, so go for water, (don t stop eating tho, but drink some water, even flovored water...... zero calories hmmmmmmmmm gooooood

How do you really lose weight fast and keep it off? -

I have 4 kids and have gained about 100 lbs. I don t know where to start to get fit. I want to go to the gym, but can t find a buddy to go with me, any help?

Eat ZERO fat. If ya wanna lose fat then the FIRST thing you gotta do is stop putting it in your body. You need to eat about 8 times a day but make sure you are eating fat free...this speeds your metabolism...and then walk. Walking and slow stretching is the only exercise I would recommend for being 100 lbs. over weight. When you begin to trim down a little, then you can start firming everything, but for right now, just no fat and alking and stretching. It s not that easy or everyone would look like angelina jolie, but it s holding out that will test you. You ll lose about 4 lbs. each week and you ll never gain it back. 4 lbs. alone isn t much, but in just one year out of your life that is around twice what you need to lose. Once in a while you ll hit a plateau, but don t sway from your non-fat diet because it will pay off big in the long run. Good luck!

try weight watchers ive done it and lost 3 stone in 1month its easy to stick to i got recipes off the internet and just weighed myself every week.i exercise too but if u do it alone its still fun look at what u will achieve by the end of it

why cant you go to the gym alone its your weight....your battle....your responsibility its up to you to lose weight not your gym buddies

slow is best, the reason a person gets stretchmarks is because they grew or loss weight rapidly and the skin was stretched out, then shrunk back and could not recover its original shape. so if you use alot of lotion on a regular bases then you should be good.

losing weight gradually is the most healthy and try to build some muscle because abs really reduce stretch marks.

I would research a raw diet. It may be hard to give up tempting cooked foods, but you will be amazed at how the weight slips off and how great you feeel. best of luck
