What OTC drugs can I buy that are cheap and that help you lose weight? are there any drugs that are like dayquil and have the same affect?

none i know a lot of people that have went on diets only thing that works is exercise and stuff like grapefruit and balanced meals three meals a day

Why do people want to abuse medications? My brother in laws girlfriend is a drug addict and I always wondered why she had to have dayquil. It must buzz you up. Why don t you try getting a good nights sleep and exercising for energy. And for the weight loss, why don t you try exercise and eating right. Everyone wants a quick fix, but the quick fix will not keep the weight off. Changing your lifestyle to a healthy one will get the weight off and keep it off. Drink lots of water too. At least 8 to 10 glasses per day. Water is really good for your whole body and also speeds up your metabolism to help you burn more fat. Good luck with your weight loss.

Just exercise and drink water My husband tried some stuff and it have him heart palpitations so I think that most diet pills are bad for you.

I am a CMADayquil is alcohol and nothing more you will not lose weight like that.. The only OTC that helps is ALLI

Eat less, exercise more. You need to burn more calories than you consume. Keep track of what you eat and figure out a regular exercise regiment that you can keep up with. Good luck.-S

Hi,I used to be pretty obese and started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom in my late thirties. I started exercising as often as possible and also cut down on a lot of high calorie stuff. Unfortunately I hardly managed to lose any weight at all. The best thing to do to lose weight FAST is not to eat carbs for a few weeks. Try to just eat proteins (fish, meat, etc.) and vegetables. Lots of fruit too. Also, drink 4 bottles of water a day. Your body is mostly made of water and drinking it will help you lose excess water weight, which you normally carrry about 10lbs extra or so.

You can run like some 2-3 hours a day, eat right, drink lots of cold water, green tea witthout sugar and masturbate like some 3 times a day, really, it can sound like a joke but it s not. Good Luck!
