Eat less, exercise more. You need to burn more calories than you consume. Keep track of what you eat and figure out a regular exercise regiment that you can keep up with. Good luck.-S
Hi,I used to be pretty obese and started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom in my late thirties. I started exercising as often as possible and also cut down on a lot of high calorie stuff. Unfortunately I hardly managed to lose any weight at all. The best thing to do to lose weight FAST is not to eat carbs for a few weeks. Try to just eat proteins (fish, meat, etc.) and vegetables. Lots of fruit too. Also, drink 4 bottles of water a day. Your body is mostly made of water and drinking it will help you lose excess water weight, which you normally carrry about 10lbs extra or so.
You can run like some 2-3 hours a day, eat right, drink lots of cold water, green tea witthout sugar and masturbate like some 3 times a day, really, it can sound like a joke but it s not. Good Luck!
Start working out...go to the gym a couple times a week or even just start running. And watch what you eat. Portion is key =P You don t have to starve yourself, in fact, please don t. Good luck =]
Google the blood test diet. Depending on your blood type, it will tell you what foods to cut out. You will not only lose weight you will feel great.
What you need to do is stop playing video games all day and start exercising. You need to eat a lot of fruits and veggies too and make sure your portions aren t too big
google for sacred heart diet. and maximize for your exercise, focused on cardio which will burn more calories.
im not gonna lie its all over tv but a diet and running alot. burn more calories than you take in. but take in at least 1200 healthy ones
