im 5 4 and 130 which is mostly all fat and you can see it its gross, but i need a way to lose weight EVEN if its not healthy and i need to lose it FAST!!!
if you listen to me it will work, no pills, no starving your self, cause your weight will come back and you might gain more. I am 5 10 and was at 250 pounds and in 6 weeks I am down to 222, thats a 28 pound lose a avg of 4 pounds per week. for your size eat about 1200 calories a day, give up soad if you have it daily to once a week, cut back on the chips and junk food, Eat a cereal bar in the morning with a sip of milk, then at lunch eat a friut bar with like a fruit cup for lunch, in between snack eat a jello cup and for lunch eat small portions on serving, NO second helpings, eat your last meal about 4-5pm They say drink about 60oz of water a day. Your size I would say about 30-40oz and take in a extra walk if you can about a mile a day thats like 4 laps at a school track, and that one mile you ll burn about 100 calories, Good luck
love, i bet you are perfect just the way you are.....if you feel flabby and need to lose a few pounds quickly, then cutting carbs and exercising at least 2 hours a day (1 hour intense and 1 hour easy like stationary bike w/a magazine) for a couple of days. when you cheat on a low carb diet, you WILL gain weight. you can t eat high protein and high fat foods and it carbs or you will puff up.if you don t trust yourself to be that disciplined, then fast. i fast regularly- v8 w fiber is great. a variety of gum is good too- esp the fruity ones.anyhow, exercise is key..take care
Ok here is a diet routine u can follow:Day 1: Eat only fruitDay 2: Eat only raw veggiesDay 3: Mix of raw veggies and fruitDay 4: 3 glasses of skimmed milk, along with 6 bananas (trust me, this one is to prevent from too much weakness)Day 5: Only fruitDay 6 :only veggiesDay 7: mix of fruit and veggies.Follow this and you can loose anything between 4-6 kgs in a week, depending on weather u can manage to add some cardio exercises into that. If u want to continue loosing weight, u should eat one day normal food(low in calories though) and repeat the same diet.U should also have this soup: Boil onion, tomatoes, cabbage, celery together to make a soup, dont add salt. and have it through out the day.Many of my freinds have claimed it works, i never tried it though, since i didnt need to lose weight. After u have got ur desired weight, eat a balanced diet, less ammount more no. of times, have lot of water, no sugar and fatty stuff, and also start ur healthy exercise routine with brisk walking every day to buid stamina, then u can proceed to more strenuos cardio etc. Except day 4, u cant have bananas, grapes or any fruit which is to fatty. try fruit like oranges,apples, papaya, guava, peach etc. And u can have them all u want, all day, remmember, they should not be salted and the idea is not to starve(no matter what)

im losing weight currently and i have just 2 small bowls of soup a day and plenty of water. make sure its not a creamy soup but make sure each serving is no more than 200 calories and dont eat nothing else. if ur hungry in evenings have tea it really helps. do this for 3 weeks and u will see results i promise im losing weight i havent lost weight for years!!
