Is there anything out there that can help me lose weight fast other then exercise? -

I already exercise every chance i get, but nothing seems to work. I don t eat as much as I use to.Is there any pill or drink out there that really does work and kinda fast and isn t that expensive?

No, not necessarily. During a day your best bet is to eat 5 small meals. Like, for breakfast you eat some eggs, then after breakfast you eat a piece of fruit, then for lunch, eat a tuna sandwich, and after lunch you eat some vegetables... then for dinner... well I know dinner is a hard one because you want to indulge yourself. So I would say to go with either seasoned boiled chicken, or fish as an entree, steamed (not boiled) vegetables, and some wheat pasta with maybe a vinaigrette on it. Also, don t just walk down the street and have sex... lol... you ll get yourself in trouble that way. But yes, sex is good exercise... that is if your not the one laying down the whole time and waiting for it to be over. In my opinion the best exercise you could do is swimming. Swimming works out every muscle in your body. And when your not exercising and your just at school, work, the store, whatever! Just flex your muscles over and over again. If you reverse your eating eat supper in the morning, and breakfast at supper time, it gives you the day to work off the heavier, meal , and your lighter meal being breakfast will digest better over night . one of the worst things to do is try to lose weight by using suppliments or diet pills etc... the reason is that those supplements need to be used over and over again and if you stop you start gaining weight again and its just an on going prosses that just simply does not work
