I love the South Beach Diet. It is something that you can follow for life and won t deprive you of anything that you love - except during the strict phase (the first two weeks). This summer, I needed to lose 11 pounds and I was able to lose it all of it in the 2 week strict phase of the diet.

OK, this one is for my wife. We are getting ready to go to Las Vegas but my wife has some pounds to shed (so she thinks) before we go. I need to find FAST weight loss program or product that is also natural and healthy weight loss.Thanks.

good luck! ... what i mean is there is no such thing as fast AND healthy they don t go together. weight loss requires consistently making the best diet and exercise choices. for it to be lasting and healthy... it will take time
