Slim in 6 weight loss program? -

has anyone really used the slim in 6 weight loss program? i am thinking about buying it and using it but im a little skeptical about it so i want some honest answers please. have you used it and how much weight have you lost? thanks in advance for your answers.

I know for a fact it works. I have tons of Beachbody friends who have tried the product and have gotten great results. Hi!I haven t used the slim in 6 program but thought I would mention another that is also getting rave reviews: turbulence training. Elegantly put together, enabling you to work out at home or in the gym, starting from a base workout, and of course, chock filled with testimonials about real people losing lots of weight.

I have been through it all and know what s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising...This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Please Help!! I need to stick with my weight-loss program for good.? -

I have been on a weight loss program since September and I have been finding it SO hard to keep myself motivated enough to stick to it. It s not that the program isn t enough food; its just that I constantly find myself in situations that I just let go and overeat in, without really thinking of other possible solutions. Weekends evenings, friend s houses, my boyfriend, etc. are common situations that I overeat in. I want to FINALLY gain control of my eating habbits because I am gaining more weight than I am losing at this point. Helpp!!??

set small goals and when you meet the goals you will be motivated take it step by step ask your boyfriend to help you to and your friends and family im sure they will be glad to help

Here s a few things you could do: Put a photo of someone like Peter Griffin on your fridge so every time you go to get something, you could look, and say, I don t want to Look like that! You could put a photo of something cute, like a top you want to wear but doesn t fit, in front of you kitchen door, so you see it, and say, Oh, I want to fit in that, so I will eat some carrots instead of Cheetos today. You could go shopping, and buy a cute top that doesn t fit but ALMOST does. It will get you motivated. Good luck!

ok stay calm. im going to give you some good tips.when you wake up drink some hot water (this will wake you up).eat some plain porridge.have a quick shower to wake you up (dont spend to long in the shower because hot water rappidly increases your blood pressure).get dressed. go into the bathroom and splash cold water on your face. then leave the house and run around the block.then go to school if you still go there.after school give youself 1 peice of chocolate (or some other thing you like.then go for another run but do two laps of the block.come home and have a propper shower and wash your hair and all that stuff.then for dinner eat a 2/3 cup of rice with some vegetables that you like. good luck!

Well, you need to quiken up ur matabalism. So u should eat little snacks throughout the day. and when you hang out with friends or boyrfriend just eat little portions. You dont have to stuff your face. Everyone is used to girls caring about weight and not eating a lot. So you can do it to. Just dont go annorexic or anything. OH and u can go full on out on food once in a while. Just not more than 3 times a week. and dont eat dessert before bed. THATS FATTENING

Don t buy anything you wouldn t want to eat. Plan meals daily to make sure you don t exceed the calorie intake you are aiming towards. Make sure you tell your boyfriend to help you out with this; I am sure he would be glad to help you avoid bad foods. You should also try carb cycling. Eat a low amount of carbs for 3 days (100g or so) and then on the 4th day increase it to 200g. Many bodybuilders do it, (and they have 3-5% body fat.)

i know it is so hard to fight temptation. Number one try to only keep in your house what is aloud for your diet. Eat before you go out and drink plenty of water to help keep you full. When u are tempted admit u r doing by yourself and limit the mishap. i try diet all the time and i find high protein and little carbs to be the fastest and most effective. No breads, pasta, rice, cake, cookies, potatoes Good luck!!

buy some meal replacement bars and protien shakes to substitute for those hunger moments, theres different brands from slim fast to eas, and more, those are some that i use most of them have 17g to 30g of protien they can fill you up for a couple of hours.

ok this is healthy but painful, in about a minute drink 4 long glasses of water, you will feel like throwing up all day but it works

try to bring allong with you a triggerlike a picture of your goal, or words, or maybe got oilet and think for time outtry that

when you realize you are a person not an animal you will get control of your weight pig.

Kill yourself every time you eat junk food

each week u eat whats on your program then at the end of the week u reward yoursellf with some sweets

Indulge yourself one day a week as long as you don t eat anything after 2 oclock. If you find that you are getting off track and eating more and more, fast for one day. Not only will it help you detoxify your system and make you feel better when you are eating. But it will make your body digest things better. Don t keep money in your wallet for food and only buy good thingsat the store. If you are invited to someone s house and they offer you bad food for your diet, just be honest withthem and tell them that you are on a diet and it d be nice to have some fruit or a rice cake. Youcan treat your self to things whilenot gaining weight, such as tea, ricecakes with honey, small amounts of good dark chocolate, raisins, and fruits and veggies. Something that I find to be absolutely delicious when i am craving something sweet, is just a large cup of chocolate soymilk. In situations with your friends, you might want to consider just bringing snacks from your house. Constantly telling yourself that you are full or not hungry is also good. Your brain picks up on it really well. Of course too much of that thinking and you could develop an eating disorder. Invite your friends to go work out with you instead of just hanging out. Drink lots and lots of water too!
