yes it does. Drink a glass before you eat and it will make you full and you eat less. but eat more times a day so you won t make your body loose what it needs from food.
yes because you have to keep going to the bathroom like a pregnant woman, but it does burn calories.
If you drink water instead of eating fattening snacks or drinking colas.
I SUPPOSE SO
well I wanted to hope it does, and maybe in the long run it will, but I vowed to only drink water and nothing else about 6 weeks ago, I do desk work all day and I drink at least 66 fl. oz or water a day, so I get in my 8 glasses of water, I haven t lost any weight what so ever and I ONLY drink water, no cokes no juices...so I don t know maybe its me but I always heard you would drop up to 10 pounds alone with just drinking water..it hasnt done that for me yet, so good luck.
Yes. Water is a natural appetizer suppressant. If you have not noticed; that when you drink water you become full and you eat less.
Yes I lost 26lbs in 3 months. Along with eating health Drinking water was a major part of my daily routine. More than 8 glasses would help a lot faster!
