I am about 120 and want to lose about idk like 15 20. but safely over a summer vaca. ( two months)

You weigh 120 you are just fine with your weight, But I would suggest that you have oatmeal for breakfast this would speed up your metabolism and keep burning calories throughout the day. Also try to drink up to 3 liters of water a day. Eat all the veggies and fruit that you want. Cut back on red meat. Chicken is great and fish but no skin. Try to get a early workout. No eating any type of junk food. If sweet is what you are craving for have some sweet potatoes they are full of protein and are good for you. Also you can have a baked potatoes but no condiments. Eat more salads. I have been trying this and it seems to work. I also was weigh-in 1120 down to 117 and have lost body fat as well. So good luck.
