Everyone wants fast results, but nothing has been shown to do that without causing other problems. every quick fix pill that has ever come along has been shown to damage the heart or liver. also you cannot pick and chose where the fat comes from. you can t reduce your legs, stomach or hips by design. you lose weight, and your body uses its fat stores however it sees fit.Your best bet, and the only thing that has been proven to work is a lifestyle change. you have to begin eating right and start getting much more active. focus on healthy/whole foods like fruits, veggies, lean meats, whole grains. avoid sugar, salt, simple carbs like rice, potatoes and white flour. limit dairy such as milk, cheese, butter, and watch fats like oils.

First - check this book out - it is called The Dorm Room Diet. It is suppose to be for college students but it really has a lot of tips that anyone could use. Plus, maybe see if a friend or family member would like to join weight watchers with you. I joined at the beginning of the year and have lost 13 pounds in 13 weeks and just made little changes to my life and made a big difference. Basically you just have to learn to do more and eat less get dropped off further from school and walk some. Or take the stairs. And if you love desserts maybe learn to just eat half of what you would normally eat or find healthier choices.
Stop eating dairy , eat lots of fresh fruits and vegtables , eat fish and chicken grilled or baked instead of fried , whole grains , lentils , legumes , avoid sugar, drink lots of water or flavored bottled water instead of soda / pop... Dont eat anything after 7 pm excercise at least three times a week for at least an hour , you probabley want to do cardio for fat burn ...ex... elyptical, treadmill... walking will help but its not gonna get the pounds off quickly but its a good start if you havent worked out before...
Do about 30 min of cardio a day... other than that, dont worry about it... I know your young and everything, and weight matters.., but you will grow out of it, once youre older then worry about loosing it.
have a good diet habit and do exercise one hour a day, may be are good for you.
I d try running in place for about 5 minutes once an hour. If your at home or school and you are by yourself - try bending down slightly like your about to sit down. Do it this until you reach wherever your going.
