Go to the gym more and watch what you eat. You should probably be exercising 5 times a week for about an hour each time. You should be eating 3 healthy and well-balanced meals and HEALTHY snacks.

im 14 11stone 5ft 3 male i go to the gym 3 times a week but i see no improvments i really want to lose some weight fast any tips or ideas?
