How to lose weight fast without starving? -

Im going to be in a swimsuit in about three days, I loook good but five lbs less wouldn t kill me. HELP what exercises are best other than sit ups for a flat belly? DONT you dare say throw ups.

You can lose weight with water. The human body is mostly water trapped inside the fragile walls of cells. Not drinking enough water is a one-way ticket to constipation and a host of other problems of the intestines. Poor digestion means that you will not get enough energy from the food you��re eating. This will prompt the body to ask for more food and this is how the weight loss process stops and the weight gain process begins. A dehydrated body sends out fake hunger pangs, thus tempting you to forget about the diet and eat more food than you should. Not to mention that water is also a good filler. If you want to eat less food, drink a tall glass of water half an hour before every meal. The water will fill a large part of your stomach and the body will be content to feel that the stomach is not empty. This is not idle speculation, but a sound advice whose effectiveness can be confirmed by many dietitians and weight loss experts. Nobody can overeat with half of the stomach filled with water and with the body telling him/her: ��Seems like we��re almost full. We don��t need that much food, so cut it short this evening��. Don��t drink 2 liters of water all at once because the body will simply flush the excess and a lot of it will simply be wasted. Also, you don��t need to restrict yourself to water. Fruit juices, weak tea and coffee count as liquids that can be used by the body for hydration. Alcohol is out of the question, because alcohol has the opposite effect on the body. And, ladies, don��t be afraid that drinking a lot of water will make you retain it. It��s dehydration, not abundance, which forces the body to hang on to what it has.

Forget all the fads and special diets. Less calories and more exersize. Those are the only factors that really matter. And make changes that you can live with permently, if it s just a tamporary diet you ll put it right back on when you stop.

Drink nothing but water. There s no need for anything else.Remember, you don t need to eat nearly as much as you might think. If you aren t full at the end of a meal, it s okay. Being hungry means you re burning calories.Don t eat anything you don t need. Forget about snack foods or anything that isn t essential to making your body function.Exercise!! Ideally you should exercise every 5 or 6 days a week for about an hour. Whatever it is (weight training, aerobics, running, basketball) make sure you do it right.Stay positive and don t forget your goal. If you really want to lose weight, you should want it more than anything else and always be mindful of your goal.

How to lose weight very quickly? -

Ok Over the summer since gymnastics ended.I put on a few pounds.Well since school is about to start I want to look really good since it s my first year in high school and I really need to know if there are any exercise routines or any other type of exercises that will make me lose weight quick enough and before school starts.

You can try changing your eating routine. Eat the same amount of food you normally have, but spread it in small portions throughout the day. So, you ll eat every 2-3 hours of small portions that won t make you full (but not hungry). This will increase your metabolism.Another plus is, you can eat anything you want (no restrictions), just make sure your belly never feels full (just enough). Combine this with a little exercise (30min of walking twice a day might be enough), and you ll loose weight fast while still being healthy.

Be sure to window shop when you have already eaten, so that you dont get tempted by the foods in the mall restaurants. Do not starve yourself. LOT s of fiber and fresh fruit, NO sodas or sweets, and exercise. Get all your calories from stuff like grilled chicken salad for lunch (NO dressing) use a fat free yogurt, and some protein for dinner, i personally like fiber one i get original and i eat 1 cup instead of 1/2 for breakfast!

How to lose weight jogging? -

Okay so I m 16 years old, 5 4, and I weight 124. The only exercises I really do during the day is I take my dog for a walk. I m thinking about trying jogging, because I have always struggled with weight on the lower half of my body and I think it will help shape and tone my legs. If you have any tips or advice it would really help! I m planning on starting slow, and only jogging 3 times a week. Thanks in advance for any advice!

My wife and I are runners and it s a great way to keep in shape.The general rule is 1 mile = 100 calories. If you jog three miles and half to walk half of it because you get tired, you burn the same number of calories as if you were to run. So, it turns into How fast can I get this done?
