You have to EAT HEALTHY, and EXCERCISE!!!!!!!! Its more about a lifestyle change than anything else.For a healthy diet, you need to be eating small to medium meals regularly. 4 or even 5 times a day. I ama 5 3 and I once was 150 pouds. Then, I changed that and I am now 124 pounds. I am 13 years old, going on 14 in a couple months. I lost the weight all by myself. I am so proud of myself. After dinner, usually about 30 minutes to an hour later, I run on my treadmill and burn 250-300 calories every night. (If you dont have a treadmill, run in your neighborhood for about 20 minutes.) Make sure you wear sneakers! Sometimes on Fridays, I dont really want to run so I don t. On the weekends, I dont run but I play soccer and everything and I go outside. Well, thats it. Oh yeah!
