theres countless ways to loose wait but what has worked best for me personally is to eat a balanced diet and to excersise regularly. Also try not to eat after 9 oclock because since you dont get any excercise after 9 all the fat and other stuff you get from the food just gets stored and your stomach and becomes wasted. check labels of foods and try to find a healthier counterpart to some of the food you like. if running isnt your thing you can always ride a bike ,walk around the neighboorhood, play any sport. Even walking around shopping (counting on that you dont stop to get your favorite flavor of ice cream along the way =p) will help you. I know you have heard it before but try not to eat 3 big meals a day. eat smaller meals or snacks throughout the day. if you do all this stuff you should be losing weight in no time. also try not to eat food items high in salt because they tend make you bloat.
diet pills, exercise.eat low fat low calorie foods such as fruits..or get a liposuction

Maintaining a realistic weight is easier than an unrealistic one because you are fighting your bodies metabolism.Hints: We are born with a programmed weight same as eye colour for example. Look at your family as this is your inheritance.Look at what foods you eat with your family? Often we are given food to comfort us when small so of course different food sources become our comfort foods when we grow up.On and off dieting confuses our body so it just keeps holding onto the excess weight as it does not know if we are in feast or famine. It takes 2 years of weight maintenance for our brain to reprogram our new weight.Start falling back into old eating habits with weight gain and it will click back to original program.Good luck and being happy with who you are is more important than being a size smaller.

I also boil water and pour it into a mug and squeez a piece of lemon/lime into it. It s a good detox. Also try pure cranberry juice (not cocktail) mixed with water. You will have more frequent bowel movements. I ve been doing this for the past few days, and lost 3lbs. REMEMBER TO EXERCISE!!! Good Luck!!!
