Weight loss tips, This might be impossible though? -

how can i lose weight, but keep my boob sizeI m a 12C and i really like that sizebut if i diet, i will lose thathow do i keep them?!plus, i m 16, so it s not like i can get a boob job or anything

Stick to a balanced diet, don t starve yourself. Exercising on specific areas is better.You want to lose your core fat (belly, lovehandles etc.)? Just do some crunches and sit ups. Thighs? Lay against the wall in a sitting position and hold it for as long as you can. Butt? Step ups. Arms? Light dumbells. Problem solved.P.S Anything involved in chest exercises (e.g. push ups) will guarentee burning the booby fat.

Afraid I don t know if that s possible!I lost a heap of weight and my boobs have disappeared!!!I m not kidding... I m flat!Still, I don t mind that much, I can wear filled bras... You might not lose that much boob...just depends how much is your natural boob and how much of your boob is fat (mine must ve been all fat...lol)

I m 5 7 and I weigh 175 pounds.Honestly, I don t think I m that big, it s just the pesky lovehandles or whatever you want to call them.Since it s the summer, I ve made avow to lose about 20 pounds, but so far, I haven t seen much of a loss.I eat three normal sized meals a day. I drink at least 4 water bottles a day. and a pop every few days so I don t get the caffine headache.I do sit-ups and crunches every night before I go to bed, and every other week, I go swimming. (Reason why it s every other week, is because I only have a pool at my dad s house, which I go to every other week, so yeah.)Any weight loss tips or any way to get rid of the lovehandles?

How to burn fat without gaining more muscle? -

I ve always had a fairly lean and muscular frame but I tend to carry a bit of extra weight in my thighs and hips. I play Varsity soccer 5 days a week for 2-3 hours a day, which includes weight training, so I m very active. Are there any weight-loss tips that will help me lose that extra weight on my thighs without adding on more muscle?

you can do squats (don t know how to spell it)and you can sit in a chair extend your legs infront of you and slowly open and close them!

you CAN T lose weight in one specific area. you have to lose weight all over! it s not true that you can target one area in losing weight. once you start doin cardio and exercise more you ll lose the weight. it may not be in the area you want first but if you keep it up you will eventually lose the weight everywhere.

you can t really do target weight loss. you have to lose weight all over.. so you just need to start exercising. maybe watch Fit TV follow along on some exercises. also, LIFT WEIGHTS! lifting weights is THE fastest way to lose fat. if you build muscles, then it will help fill in the fat part and make you look toned. also, lifting weights does not make you look like she hulk. if you want to look like she hulk, you have to make a conscious effort in doing it, you don t lift 10 lb dumbells and wake up the next day looking like a steroid freak... it doesn t work that way. lol on the same note, if you just do aerobic exercise, you won t get any muscle tone, and if you look at a lot of aerobics instructors, they are flabby. a combination of the two is necessary.i also would not recommend doing lunges, because you can blow out your knees, even without any weights.squats are the best thing you can do for your legs. you can do them without any gym equipment, too. just google wall squats. also invest in a set of resistance bands. they are cheap and you will be getting the resistance you need, like you do with weight lifting.

You cant try zumba....Zumba is an exercise that is espicially for your abdomen but it really helps your inner thigh...one exercise that really worked for me was the one where you stand with your back straight then you open your legs and squat down till you look like your making a square or recatangle with your legs...then as you are in that position llift your heels. But make sure the back of your heels are facing eachouther...You can also try lunges if you d like...

I wanted to do the same.I started biking and running. i started with biking for 20 mins, and running for 3 laps.i increased by a little each day.now i bike for 45 mins, and run 7 laps.i visbily saw results after 2 weeks though. :) for earlier results, i guess instead of once a day, you can do twice a day.Definitely cardio helps. Also, pilates does a lot too ! :)

You can tone your body all over by doing general cardio exercises daily: running, biking, swimming, etc.I suggest doing High Intensity Interval Training, (HIIT), which is giving it your all for 30 seconds to a minute, resting for a minute, then going all out for another minute, and repeating this several times.

unfortunately you have to lose everywhere, you cant just lose in one spot, you can somewhat tone your legs if you do leg lifts and things on excersize machines where you open and close your legs, that will tone inner leg muscles

Theirs no such thing as target weight loss, or in other words you can t just make fat come off your legs it will come off your entire body. Start doing cardio and eating healthy, good luck.

There is (hopefully) no decent person who is going to try to help you cheat to get out of a therapy you obviously need. Stop lying to people who are concerned for your well-being; visible ribs are neither healthy nor attractive. You have a real eating disorder, so I know you can t just snap out of it, but try to realize that there is a reason the people around you want you healthy. If you want to stay out of the hospital, try to cooperate with the help that is offered you, and be honest about it! If you re not gaining any weight, it will be obvious that you ve been lying about your caloric intake. I would suggest finding a local support group for other sufferers of eating disorders in your area.
