Find an exercise that you really enjoy doing. If you hate running, don t try to force yourself to run everyday, it won t work. Like scenic walks? Take a 20 minute walk everday then. Yoga, kickboxing, whatever it is, just make sure you do it everyday. Also, I know it s hard, but cut some calories. You don t have to starve, especially only for 5 pounds. 3,500 calories is a pound, so cut accordingly to reach your goal. Switch to soymilk, or even better light soymilk, or if you don t like that, stick to Skim. Give up the chips and reach for something lighter (I am in love with Glenda s soy crisps, 70 calories per serving, they come in every possible flavor, and each serving has 4.5/5 (depending on what kind) grams of protein). Also, start eating egg whites as snacks or part of your breakfast. They have next to no calories and are loaded with protein so they ll keep you held over until the next meal.Try chewing sugarless gum when you have a craving to get your mind off of it, and wait at least 20 minutes to indulge it (cravings tend to go away after 10).Give up the coffee if you drink it and switch to tea. That should save you at least 50 calories depending how much sugar and milk you put in your coffee. Try to give up soda as well if you drink it, drinking water instead may help you lose up to 5 pounds on it s own. If you must, drink diet.Use sugar substitutes, such as Splenda or Equal. That should also save you some calories.Good luck and have fun at the wedding!
5lbs a month is a bit extreme but then again you did say you wanted to look stunning .a few tips but none will work if you re not disciplined cause in the end it s up to you :- a) do cardio workouts(jogging, running, bicycling, skipp at least thrice a week for at least 1/2 an hour.b) do toning workouts(yoga, tai chi, even basic warm ups done correctly) the rest of the time.c) breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper( back then the poor people s food was fruit and veggies).d) never not eat cause then when you do get a chance to eat you ll binge.e) drink at least 3 cups of japanese green tea daily. this helps eliminate toxins and bla bla...but it does help you reduce weight.(i know cause i ve tried)f) when feeling peckish grab nuts/ fruits/ plain crackers. but if you ve just eaten but still feel hungry try drinking a glass of plain water then wait for 10 minutes to see if you were really hungry or just thirsty.g) always have a glass of plain water before having your meal. it ll take up space in your stomach which makes you eat less.h) don t expect instant results.hope i ve helped.
eat less and exercise more
Just eat as much as you one, as long as it is healthy. Drink plenty of water, as much as you can everyday and work out a lot.
A healthy, low-fat diet with regular exercise four or five times a week will get you where you need to be in no time, provided you can stick to the regimen. Avoid sugars at all cost! Eat some fat so that your stomach will stay full longer, but don t go overboard or you will not see much progress at all.
The only real way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume.Eat smaller portions, healthier foods, and exercise, even if it s a daily walk.I wish you the best!!
increase your exercise 20 minutes a day, and up your water intake as well.water is very important!Stay away from cola.Increase your fiber intake and decrease starches!good luck!
I lost 35 lbs in 3 months. It was the hardest thing I ever had to do because I still had to cook dinner and pack lunches every day. I counted all of my calories. Although some said it was unhealthy, I felt great and I lost the weight. I kept it at 500 to 600 calories a day and did a lot of walking. You would be surprised at how much you can eat. I drank a lot of coffee in the morning and that usually kept me full until around 1:00. I would eat a hard boiled egg and a whole can of green beans for lunch-130 calories. Then I would eat a small portion of the dinner that I prepared. No junk food! It really worked and it changed my eating habits. I rarely want fast food or junk food now. Its hard to pass up that cookie, but when you realize how much you can eat for the calories in that one cookie, it makes it easier to say no thanks
Weight training burns fat and builds muscle. you should try it along with a high protein low carb and low fat diet.
your weight changes during the day, man. i weigh myself before and after a workout and i tend to lose 2-5 pounds from sweat. even on off days it can swing 10 pounds either way throughout the day.water retention is a killer, man. try limiting your sodium intake. i d just stick to physical therapy. if you can, try to stretch and gain some flexibility on your upper body. i quit weightlifting for six months to concentrate on my flexibility with yoga and i friggin own dudes that outweigh me by 40 pounds in the gym (after i got used to weights again, which was less than a month.)sorry to hear that, man.
I m so sorry about your accident and I hope you heal very quickly. I found the following post on the internet and hope it may help. You can still work out your good leg by doing single leg extensions. Get a pair of adjustable spin lock dumbbells and work your entire upper body including your arms (seated curls lying triceps extensions), chest (supime Bench press dumbbell flyes), back (prone High bench rows or seated cable rows), shoulders (seated press lying front raises), and abs (crunches). You have 640 muscles in your body to work with so don t let a broken leg slow you down. Working out the rest of your body will speed up the healing process .It will give you a little exercise, anyway.I am sure that you are watching your diet now that you are not mobile. Are you finding that you are eating more out of boredom? I m sure that I would. Be sure that you have harmless munchies around such as fresh carrots, tomatoes, green and red peppers, cucumbers, turnips, radishes and the like to nibble on. You can make them more interesting with a non fat salsa dip. Good luck to you.
Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I m also trying to lose weight fast and I found Acai berry, a great product which is working for me (it s all 100% natural - a colon cleanse that was really gentle on my body. I feel so good and I lost 15 pounds in 2 months). You can check the website at: http://acaijuicepower.blogspot.com

Well if you only have been gaining weight while you ve been on crutches, I m guessing you re just lacking exercise..but, if you ve been eating alot more because you re bored or something, maybe you just need to eat a little healthier :)
I don t like to workout, so I found out about this sugar less chocolate. I was 160 pounds. I started using this sugar less chocolate through the day to replace meals and I lost 25 pounds in two months. They have a website called www.truchocolate.tv
oh man! sounds like you got it tough,my suggestion would be sit ups, you can lie down of the ground and get your head up and feel the pain in your abdomen, crunches are good too, but yeah, good luck!
Easy! Pick up your crutches and start walking. It is the ultimate upper body work-out, and it is free...
liposuction would do it...might want to plan out what you re eating, and try stationary exercises..
Dont eat anything
I solved my weight problems. Read about my experience here http://www.acaiburns.net/

It really all comes down to your commitment level. Losing weight healthily takes some time. If you re willing to put in the hours of work outs each week and consume less calories, you ll do great!A few tips...- work on toning up. Do a warm up exercise, strength train (build up your lean muscle mass), work your cardio (run, bike, that sort of thing), work your abs, and then cool down with a nice walk. It usually takes me a good hour everyday, but I definitely reap the benefits.- don t eat anything after seven pm (water is alright). - give yourself at least three hours between when you last ate and when you go to sleep (digestive purposes)- eat well proportioned meals- stop eating too much junk food. You can still have some, but limit your intake.- stop eating before you re at the full point. If 1 is starving and 5 is full, eat to about the 3.5-4 point. Hope this helps!Good luck!
+of course the most important thing is to eat breakfasti read in teen vogue that eating breakfast kickstarts your metabolism.+lunch should be nutritious and have no more than 500 calories+drink water instead of surgary sports drinksits healthy and has no calories or fat+dinner should be your smallest meal of the day[best if eaten before 7 o clock pm]+exercise [but make sure that fat does not turn into muscle or else it is hard to get rid of]a good way to keep this from happening is to take a water bottle and roll it along the back side of your calves.i hope this helps!
Exercise more, eat less.
carmen electras strip tease videos and do not eat anything white. sugar, ranch, flour, pasta, bread. nothing white.
See a nutritionist for a healthy weight loss diet.Good luck !
Okay here s the thing - I started to do weight watchers when I was in my early 40 s -- so yeah, you may think I m old BUT think about this -- it s HARD to lose weight when you are older but I lost 60 lbs -- I did NOT go to meetings -- just got the cookbooks, bought Healthy Choice (they have WW points on them -- a LOT of frozen health stuff does) --- I KEPT the weight off for FIVE YEARS...because I did not lose it too fast -- that is the key. I ve dieted ALL MY LIFE and the ONLY way to keep it off is to lose is slowly and in a healthy way. I used to lose/gain and then gain MORE making wrong choices.ANOTHER GREAT way is to look up diabetic diets....I m serious - this is the healthiest of them all......you are supposed to eat like 6 times a day -- so you don t get hungry - you just learn different ways to cook and live your life. It s not as hard as it sounds.
check outhttp://tipsonweightloss.blogspot.com/tips on this site - it has website and recipes to see
eat 5 or 6 small meals a day rather than 3 big ones...it will keep your energy metabolism going throughout the day and you ll be less hungry and will be less prone to snacking.high-protein, low-carb has always worked for me.drink a LOT of water--at least 10 8-ounce glasses.try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise 3-5 days a week.limit sugar saturated fat.try some light weight-lifting, even if you re a girl--your metabolism will be up for hours, even days, and you only have to do it a couple of times a week for maybe 10-20 minutes each. you won t bulk up if you do it light...walk or bike places instead of taking the car/bus!DON T starve yourself, make sure you re eating at least 1200 calories a day.TRACK CALORIES in a notebook or on fitday.com.good luck!
Run every morning and do crunches! You can probably find a bunch of real nice light excerise work outs that ll tone you up without being a heavy duty thing.Your metabolism will increase if you start working out :)Kick all sodas and stay away from juices. It s better to eat an orange then to drink the glass of OJ, for example.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 400-600cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day (have lots of veggies to eat in between meals if you are still hungry)8 glasses of water -carry bottle of water with you and when you feel hungry drink it - we often confuse hunger with thirst (our bodies confuse it)have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energyhave protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs musclecardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for average of 45min, light weight training a few times a week (more muscle=faster metabolism)dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, ice cream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.of course you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)use fitday.com for tracking your intake
To dramatically increase your metabolism, switch from vegetable oils to pure, unrefined coconut oil... and take fish oil supplements. Also, new research by a medical doctor has identified several species of parasites and a specific type of goopy plaque that if left in your bowels makes you fat, bloated, developing a pouch and spare-tire belly. This is a primary cause of obesity -- fortunately, this research also reveals how to stop the weight cycle. It further explains that the same cause of why people get fat is also the same reason why people eventually get sick and die prematurely -- often cutting off years from their lives (not to mention the quality of their lives).People who flush these parasites out, often report rapid weight losses up to 100 lbs or more -- and without changing a single thing about their diets. Not that you need to lose anywhere near that amount... but it does prove how well it works.Cheers,Trevor- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Breakthrough medical research discovers the REAL reasonwhy 85% of overweight people can t drop the pounds...http://www.fat-loss-secret.com- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

the best way to lose weight and still stay healthy is to eat healthy foods like lots of fruits and vegetables, try to cut down on fatty foods, you could try going vegetarian if you re willing to do that. cut down on breads. drink lots of fluids. do lots of excersise and you don t have to spend an uber amount of money. you could buy a workout movie and do that 3-5 times a week.
