Ok so i have a 27inch waist and 38 hips..i want them to be smaller but i really don t know how.I dont have a big tummy or anything just fat hips!

i have exactly the same problem. however i have sadly some to realise that its just my bone structure and i cant do nothing about it. although if this is not the case for you try squatting and doing some butt clenches ( where you lay on your back knees up shoulder width apart and have your hips and bum in the air but make sure you squeeze your butt cheeks like your holding onto a 20 pound note or 20 dollar bill or whatever) hope this helped. x

It s not healthy to make a bunch of weight rapidly fall off. I have a very bus schedule, but I wanted to lose weight, so I made time. well there is all you have to do is watch what you are eating and make sure that you are not eating fatty foods. make sure that you eat right but you shouldnt eat so much. you should always just walk a little more and make sure that you are using your time wise. and see if you can make a diet for yourself which makes you loose weight but not as fast.

It s very extreme, but I went on a total food replacement diet called Lipotrim - they have a website if you re interested. I think the Cambridge diet is done the same way, as well as a few others.It s really tough, but I lost a stone after about 10 days. I would choose one where you re monitored by a health professional like the Lipotrim system, just to be on the safe side.
