Do I need to some lose weight? If you think i do, how much weight should i lose and what should i do to lose? -

I m 5 9 almost 14 years old and about 172 pounds. I think i m kinda fat (looking at my stomach and chest). How much should i lose? if so, any tips on how to lose weight?? (i m very busy with school, so i like short workouts at night)

if you are going to lose weight in the stomach region you need to eliminate almost all food definetly way way under 1000 calories a day like a really tiny brekky no lunch and snaks but you are allowed to eat a small portion of dinner you should lose about 10 pounds every 4 days the hunger pains will be extreme though aim for 250 push ups every day and 250 curl ups you will results almost immediatly
